Fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming - nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: right in the heart of Palma, with everything close by, yet tucked away from the main streets, making it a real haven of tranquillity. The small rooftop plunge pool was a lovely retreat and ideal for spending a hot afternoon. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped - the inclusion of GHD straighteners was a real treat and a first for me! Overall, a perfect hotel in the heart of Palma with exceptional staff. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Town, along with great restaurants nearby and some beautiful boutiques. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the breakfast is amazing.
