Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulà lia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of âŹ10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the first floor with a lift, ideal for comfortably accessing and beginning to discover the city.
From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering.
Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of âŹ250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 14:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.
Additional information
The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents. If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance that you will arrive by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

Sadly we encountered some issues at the property including cleanliness, dust, damp, lack of refurbishment and sound issues plus lack of hot water on the last day. The host refunded the cleaning fee. The location is good and central however and with some modernisation and repair it could be a nice property. The communication was good with the external host company throughout all the issues and all done remotely.
We had a wonderful weekâs stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation.
From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day.
Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for.
Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering accommodation.

Das Inserat hat mehr versprochen, als es geboten hat. Die Lage in der Stadt ist perfekt aber das Appartement liegt 5 Meter gegenĂŒber einem Lieferanteneingang eines Hotels und neben den Klimaanlagen, die 24h dröhnen (bei offenem Fenster gemessene 60db im Raum). Sehr laut.

Das Appartement ist charmant (Vintage) eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine, WĂ€schstĂ€nder, BĂŒgelbrett, BĂŒgeleisen, Wasserkocher). Selbst die wichtigsten Verbrauchsartikel, wie Essig, Ăl, Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker und einige Kaffeekapseln fĂŒr den Kaffeeautomat, sowie eine Grundausstattung zum Abwaschen war vorhanden.
Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil wir zunĂ€chst zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten, weil wir eine weitere Bettdecke und Bettzeug erst am dritten Tag rein zufĂ€llig gefunden haben. AuĂerdem war es am Abend sehr kalt (Dezember) und es ist uns nicht gelungen, die Heizung zu aktivieren. Auf eine entsprechende Anfrage per Mail an die Agentur kam keine Antwort,
Abgesehen davon funktionierte die Kommunikation per WhatsApp sehr gut und die Dame von der Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So durften wir z.B. am geplanten Abflugtag lÀnger im Appartement bleiben (bis 16 Uhr statt bis 11 Uhr, da unser Flug erst am Abend gehen sollte ). Als dann unser geplanter Flug gestrichen wurde, ermöglichte sie es uns, weitere Tage im Appartement zu bleiben.
Also insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Wonderful spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Having a lift was great as well as a well kitted out kitchen and laundry. The location is amazing, but you will have to catch your taxi at the end of the street (very short walk). The restaurants in the area that were recommended were perfect for the vegetarian and meat eater. A short walk to Bips for groceries and we did a fair amount of cooking in the apartment. We really had a lovely time thanks to the team at Vintage Palma Palace
The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Palma in a quiet street in a characterful neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was poor and fixed at 20 degrees which wasnât sufficient to properly cool the apartment. Sound insulation isnât great and the upstairs apartment occupants were quite noisy and one could constantly hear them walking around and scraping chairs presumably due to wooden floors. The outside door needs attention as it slams loudly. But overall a good stay.
Das Appartement (Nr.4) in der 1.Etage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Matratze war gut! Die zentrale Lage am Eulalia Platz macht einen Mietwagen ĂŒberflĂŒssig.
Einziges Manko: GerĂ€uschemissionen! Die Etage darĂŒber ist nicht trittschall-gedĂ€mmt, ein Hotellieferanteneingang vis a vis.
I enjoyed my stay very much. It was nice to have amenities such as a large apartment, a kitchen with coffee maker (coffee not provided) and laundry, with detergent. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the location very central to the old part of town. The only hiccup would be not having any housekeeping. While the provider was responsive, I did run out of toilet paper. They were supposed to bring more but never did so I had to buy some at the local market. I also had trouble using the indiction stove which is either my inexperience or possibly the pots were not induction ready. Regardless, beautiful apartment!
