Shores of Panama Unit 1108~11th floor ~Vacation Life Properties - Hurry! Filling Fast!!

You do not want to miss this 11th floor unit, complete with everything you could need for your vacation! The open concept space allows for tons of light streaming in from the beach, and there is plenty of room for entertaining, a family movie night on the large, flat- screen TV and seating on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and resort pools. The white kitchen features granite countertops and a 4- person bar for eating. There is additional pub- style seating just steps away from your fully stocked kitchen. Tile floors throughout and a full sized washer and dryer truly make this unit feel like home away from home!

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own flat screen TV. There is also an en suite bathroom, complete with glass shower door and large vanity! The bunk area has two Twin beds, and has a door for privacy. There is another FULL bathroom nearby, and a shower/ tub combination.

All of your kitchen, bed and bath linens are included, just bring your beach towel and you're ready to go!

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Extremely crowded and old condominium. Our room was old with a lot of worn out furniture and old mattress. Pools and beach are so crowded even when we got up early and went down by 9am. Tents block beach view and beach chairs. Don’t recommend!!

The bunks and pull out beds were not very comfortable. The rug in the living room was cheap and very easy to trip over/fall. The patio furniture was cheap and broken. Overall, it was a great view and the kitchen appliances were nice. King bed was decent. Dryer took several times to restart to dry a load.

Very nice stay

The condo was very nice, great view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Our balcony could use new furniture. We had 4 plastic chairs and no table. The pool was huge, the hot tub was not warm at all. The elevators are the only problem with the Shores of Panama. At certain times, people were waiting 30-40 minutes. We were on the 11th floor and took the steps ALOT! There are several very good restaurants close to the complex.

Great condo!

This condo was wonderful! Very clean with lovely views! However, the check in process was a bit of a hassle and the complex is located in a busy part of PCB and some of the surroundings and neighboring people were not so pleasant to have to deal with. The only reason I included this in the review was because it asked for a rating on surroundings. But, the condo and owner were great! Spring break can be kind of challenging if you have a family with small kids. Overall, the condo was great and the complex is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. The unit itself I give a 5/5.

Well kept property in a great area. Loved the amenities at the resort. Only two complaints
the mattress was pretty uncomfortable and the dryer was not working correctly (I left a message with the property manager to address that issue). But I would absolutely come back to this property!

The condo was good all except not having a tv in the front room for my entire stay. I wasn’t contacted the first time I said something but the second time I was. Tried to come and get it working and couldn’t. Was going to call maintenance to come look, never did. So my relaxing few days away with my granddaughter was not as relaxing as I was expecting.

Short Notice

Due to a horrible situation with our original plans; I needed to get my family to better accommodations. I was able to secure this property on short notice (hours), and the overall process was easy and very upfront. I also was provided information along every step in the process without having to ask for information. I would 100% recommend this property and the management team to anyone looking for accommodations.

Decent stay

View was great, location of room was good. Only downfall was more than half of the plugs didn’t work in the condo. Very annoying since we couldn’t really charge our phones in the living or bedroom areas. Floors had a lot of sand through out the condo. Even in the bed and couch. We did extra rinsing off the sand before heading to room for this was a concern. Furniture was a bit worn but overall served its purpose. During peak season elevator was a bit slow. Only time we were really aggravated was the check out time of 10am is the same time most head down to the pool/beach. So the congestion of the elevators was more than ridiculous. We waited 40min to use the elevator to take our first load of stuff to the car to leave the resort. Other than that it was decent stay.

I’ve always stayed at Shores of Panama when I make my yearly trip to Panama. I’ve never had issues until this year. I got the email explaining parking and the check in process a few days early like they originally emailed. We get to the resort and park in the spot according to the map we got sent, but on the second night, security was banging on our door to come move our vehicle at 11:30 pm before we got towed. We talked to security and they showed us the map of parking, and this unit does not have a reserved spot like originally stated. We had to park at the overflow lot by Ripleys which was a .5 mile away. The email stated the overflow parking, but did not mention that they charge you each day to park there so you will not be towed or the fact there is an app you have to download. Once we got into the condo upon checking in, the floors were super sandy and gross so you had to wear shoes the entire time. I will never rent this condo again.

Great Location

Good view of the ocean and the pool. Air conditioner was great and the bed was comfortable. The elevators worked really good too. A few of the complaints I have is getting in and out of the parking garage is terrible but I know that has nothing to do with the owner. The assigned parking spot was not marked therefore security would not make anyone move so we never got to use that spot. Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. Sand was still on the floor and dirty spots were left from the people who stayed before us. It was obvious that the condo was never swept or mopped before we arrived. I never complained to the owner because I figured there was nothing they could do about that either. Other than that our stay was okay. This was my first time at Shores of Panama and will probably be my last.

Hope your ready to take the stairs

I’ll start from arrival
 Property manager emails all give parking garage size limits, and also state limited oversized vehicle parking available. There is no such parking available. We managed since it was a roof top cargo carrier that caused us to be oversized, it’s easily removed. Emails stated that our designated parking spot is on the 3rd floor of garage. After we could not find our spot we went back down to talk to security. They checked the parking map to give Us its location, but instead told us we couldn’t find it because there isn’t a spot for this unit, the owner never paid for one. The elevators are a nightmare no where near enough elevators for the number of units. It was typical to spend 20+ minutes just waiting for an elevator that wasn’t already full. The condo it self was pretty nice. Comfortable beds, all needed cooking supplies, nice refrigerator, washer & dryer. The dish washer wasn’t working when we tried to use it for the first time on Sunday. They didn’t come fix it until Tuesday afternoon after a 2nd repair call. As for the area Be prepared this is a very busy area of the beach. There is a restaurant with good food and drinks directly next door.

Gorgeous views, dirty floors

Upon arrival, everything looked like the pictures, but once you took off your shoes there was a grime layer to the floor that left our feet black all trip. The dishes in the cabinets were put away covered in what looked like dry grease or butter, and cups and utensils had leftover food. It took days for the ice machine to begin working. The space did serve us well for relaxing and watching movies at night, we wish we had one more seat so someone wasn’t always on the floor! The views were stunning from the balcony, we even saw some dolphins!

Family getaway

Great experience, all the amenities the property offered was good. Just make sure you bring household items, everything from toilet paper to hand soap. What I strongly dislike from the resort was they had only one working elevator, for as many people was there, it made moving around difficult. Also, in my particular experience I was not able to find my parking space. What I suggest is the resort offer a parking number map.

Beautiful Condo with excellent parking

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The Shores of Panama is gorgeous & our condo was very clean. The only downfall was the elevators. The entire time we were there 2-3 elevators were not working. This place was packed and they weren’t quickly fixed. One of the elevators closest to our room was still down when we left and never fixed. In a resort this big, 6 elevators is not really enough so with only 4-5 working it made it pretty miserable! We took the stairs as much as we could but I blame this on the resort for not promptly fixing them!

Great location

The condo is nicely decorated and has the essential items you need especially in the kitchen. We missed our Keurig but drinking a 1/2 pot of coffee on the balcony each morning made up for that!!! The resort is busy and I had heard nothing good about the elevators but honestly we didn't ever have to wait that long. This room is nicely located for both parking and elevator and that is a plus if you need to run out or back to room during day from being at beach or the awesome pool.
