Parking: All guests must register their vehicles upon arrival, which are accessible via a QR code posted on the property or by typing the URL into a web browser. Automobile: $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days - max 2). Motorcycle: $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days). BoatTrailer Parking & Boat Dock Access: $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days)  - Authorization from STS Management is required before arrival. (Price is subject to change without prior notice).  PER HOA NO TRAILERS ALLOWED EVEN DURING BIKE WEEK IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL MOTORCYCLES THEY ASK YOU TO SHARE A PARKING SPACE IF POSSIBLE.
