Beautiful condo but floors are needing replaced or repaired. There are gaps in the laminate and a few pieces are splintered. We had a drainage problem with the dishwasher but maintenance came promptly and was able to drain it so we could use it. Besides hose minor issues it was a great week.

The room was nice and perfect fir for our family. The condo staff was very rude and unprofessional. The pool closed at 10 even on the weekend, the staff in the Tiki bar was rude and wanted to go home more than please the customer. They close at 8 and that is horrible. We will choose another condo next time we stay in PCB.

Have stayed at warren beach properties a few times now and the stays have been nothing short of amazing!! Love Panama City beach and can’t wait for our next trip back!!

Overall our stay was fine. Based on other experiences given the cost we have stayed at better. If coming with kids 2 of the sliders do not lock. Needs a new couch and loveseat.

Loved this resort. We had a corner / end room that had awesome views of the ocean. The garbage chute was right next to our room so that was super convenient. I would rate this a 5 star except that in the master bedroom the floor had spots of water that would “leak out”. Not sure what was causing that. We also had trouble with the parking garage scanner not working properly. It seemed “touchy” and would take a long time to scan the barcode whether coming in or going out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

My favorite condo yet!!

It was a great stay. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras. Volleyball and football in closet waiting for beach fun! Very big and roomy. Queen bunk beds were a hit! Loved the corner suite. Windows on both sides. Beach view and street view (city light)! Our pool was heated on our side. Very inviting and homey! We have stayed in 5 or more and this one is definitely our favorite! It will be hard to beat
. We will be back to this one!!
