âą Smoking: All units are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are provided.
âą The minimum age to rent is 25. A valid ID and matching credit card are required at check-in for a $300 incidental hold (subject to change).
âą Only ADA service animals are permitted. A fine of up to $1000 may apply for bringing non-service animals, and eviction may follow.
âą No trailers, boats, or motorcycles allowed on property. Overflow lot parking is available for a fee (subject to change).
âą Late checkout may result in a $500/hour fee and possible eviction.
âą Condo assignment is based on availability. Views and unit features may vary from the photos.
âą Amenity closures may occur unexpectedly and are not guaranteed during your stay.
âą Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
