Notice: Golf Carts - The Seacrest Beach community has recently decided that guests will not be allowed to rent golf carts in the community. Please note that golf carts are not allowed in the community per the HOA.

- Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 and must stay on property for the entire length of stay. No Spring Breakers without Parents, this is strictly enforced.
- Saturday to Saturday - 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
- No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- If any of these polices are violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to cleaning fines.
