This exquisitely charming cottage nestled in the idyllic and highly desirable Coastal Community of Rosemary Beach offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and two separate living areas. This lovely property is situated on a tree-lined Boardwalk , mere steps from the vibrant town center and just minutes to the pristine beach.

The French door courtyard entryway invites you into a tranquil haven, adorned with soothing earth tones and beautiful oak floors. The comfortable seating area is perfect for unwinding after a day of enjoying the beach.This delightful parkside cottage boasts a chef-style kitchen, thoughtfully designed with ample pantry storage, island seating for four, and a spacious dining area, all seamlessly integrated into the open floor plan.

The first floor also features an additional living area with a gas fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance. A King bedroom with an adjoining bath, complete with a walk-in shower, there is also a queen sleeper sofa / seating area which is conveniently located on the first floor.

Ascending the staircase, you will find the second floor, where the king master suite awaits. This elegant retreat includes an ensuite bath and a private balcony overlooking a quiet winding boardwalk. Across the hall, the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds, with an adjoining bath featuring a tub-shower combination. With its host of special features and prime in-town location, this charming cottage is quintessential Rosemary Beach at its best.

Guests will have access to Rosemary Beach's luxurious amenities. There are four pools, one covered and two heated, and two playgrounds are all just steps away. Just take a boardwalk and head on a five minute walk to the beach. There is even a fitness and tennis center, just in case the walks on the beach aren't enough. Please note there is an additional fee to use the fitness center and tennis center. This home is just a short walk from the beach and Barrett Square.
