This townhouse is located in a 12 unit complex on the beach. It is just steps from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy this cozy comfortable townhome for a long weekend or week long family vacation. The views of the gulf from the master bedroom are breathtaking. At night the stars shine over head as you relax on the deck off the master bedroom. There is room for 2 cars to park under the townhome and easy access to the laundry room on the carport level. Take time and cook your own meals or walk a few blocks to local restaurants. You can get up in the morning and walk to a coffee shop 2 blocks away. Relax and enjoy the beach

We had a wonderful week! This truly is a Slice of Paradise. The view is beautiful, and the easy access to one of our favorite beaches was the best part! It was an easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect home base for our 30A spring break trip.

Pristine and clean, zero issues, no bugs, washer and dryer access, beach chairs and wave boards... hard to list everything! Wonderful place to stay

This was our first time visiting 30A and we had an absolute blast. The house is a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was amazing for my family. You have a partial ocean view from both balconies which was a super relaxing bonus. There is a parking spot provided, so no need to worry about looking for parking. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets we needed. Leila was also very easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend
