WOW! If you are looking for a special vacation condo that’s really clean and newly decorated, this is the one for you! The owners just painted, purchased new furniture, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a new washer and dryer in the hall closet. It offers a 55" flat screen smart TV in the living room. There’s high speed wireless internet for your enjoyment anywhere in the condo!

You will enjoy a roomy, updated condo that can accommodate 6 guests (945 sq. ft) with a king, two twin bunks, and queen sofa sleeper! There are 2 full baths to accommodate you comfortably as well! It has carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you are in town, and use the electronic KABA door lock so there are no keys to worry about during your stay!

Wake up, sip coffee on your private, beach front BALCONY! Be mesmerized by the rhythm of the waves as they lap against the sugar white sand of PCB! Take in the breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Enjoy looking for the dolphins from the new comfortable Adirondack style chairs with footrests and cupholders! During the day, it is fun to people watch from the 14th floor balcony! Your own slice of paradise is on your balcony as you marvel at the spectacular sunsets! The balcony will provide you with the PERFECT viewing spot of the holiday fireworks display set off on the pier!


Relax in the spacious LIVING ROOM with the comfortable sofa that also opens up as a queen sleeper, while still enjoying the ocean views through 120 inches of sliding glass door and almost floor to ceiling windowpanes! The BUNK AREA has comfortable beds with mattress protectors! Each bunk has it’s own 24”TV.

We stayed this past week and had an absolute blast! This unit is on the 14th floor and has incredible views of the ocean and it faces the beach! There are two chairs and an umbrella that come with the unit when you get down to the beach. The chairs do get collected back up at 5pm so keep that in mind. We used them daily. The 2 pools were used by the kids everyday and they close at 10pm. There is a tiki bar onsite that closes at 7pm. The unit itself was very nice and has everything you need! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. One bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom. Also has 2 bunk beds and a couch that pulls out into a bed. There are pots and pans and stuff to use to cook and eat. We made breakfast everyday ! I couldn’t ask for a better unit as it was complete and as advertised! The calypso is in walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants and you will find plenty of things to do right in the general area! We did parasailing that leaves right from the beach in front of the property which was awesome and convenient! They also rent jet skis in the same spot ! Pier park is right across the street which has multiple stores and restaurants! The calypso itself is very nice. Just remember when you get into the parking garage , you want to try and get a spot on the 3rd level because it is where the skywalk is located and you have to walk to your unit. This particular unit is located in tower 1. We will be back!

This property looks exactly like the pictures. We had an amazing view of the pier, beach and the ocean. We were extremely impressed and will absolutely look for this property again when we go to Panama City Beach.

This was our second stay at the Calypso in 1407E. It continues to get better! Beautifully decorated, family functional, pristine view, and the hosts have thought of everything you might need! Location is excellent for walking to Pier Park and other local spots! Highly recommend this rental!

Super nice clean place!!! Kids in bunks with bathroom right across was perfect! Having the master bedroom have its own bathroom was also super nice. Traveled with an infant, 3 year old and 5 year old and had plenty of space in this super nice, modern condo. Added beach service was also a plus!

This condo has the best views of the beach and within walking distance to everything you would want to do. This condo also came with two chairs and umbrella which saved us from have to rent them. Had a great time can’t wait to come back!!!

We will definitely stay here again. It was clean, updated and was notified we could check in early the day of arrival. Only negative was the wifi was not working. It appeared to be turned off and cable to box was missing(not a deal breaker). Will be back there soon.

A little lacking...

Over all unit was nice, however the kitchen minimal items to cook with, and we could only find 4 coffee cups. The unit sleeps 6 but we were only left 2 bath towels for each bathroom. (4 total) If it sleeps 6 each person should be left bath towels. If you stay here I recommend bring a few extra items if you want to cook or bathe.

Beautiful place/location

We were lucky they had the place ready for us earlier! Check in was awesome. I was glad we could just go directly to the place unlike other ones we have been to. My husband and I walked to Pier Park which was awesome. Walmart was about 6 minutes away driving. The condo was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook. Can’t complain. I would recommend you booking too!!

Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I always stay at Calypso but this was our first time to stay via Best Beach Getaways. They were fairly easy to get ahold of when we had questions about check-in. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the coffee pot and blow dryer were broken and when I reached out about this I didn’t get a response. Other than that, everything was great.
