3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with Scenic Panoramic Ocean Views. Beach Service and lounge chairs are included with the rental of this condo.
This condo is located directly on the beach, on the 12th floor. Windows are on three sides of the Condo, so that every room has an outside view and the dining room has an unobstructed sunset view. The entire family will have plenty of room to spread out in comfort in our 3-bed, 3-bath unit. This tile and wood floor throughout Gulf-front condo provides the perfect home for exploring the sugar-sand beaches just outside your door as well as the amazing variety of attractions that surround AQUA Resorts; including walking distance to Pier Park.
The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath thoughtfully outfitted with amenities you’ll appreciate. Comfortable queen-size bed, dressers and furniture complete the second bedroom, a set of twin beds in 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed.
The open and spacious kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The built-in breakfast bar and large dining area can accommodate your entire crew for a sit-down meal and also provide wonderful views for your dining enjoyment.
Your private balcony is furnished with a sun-lounger, table and chairs and provides a panoramic setting for morning coffee, mid-day lounging or celebrating our famous sunsets over the Gulf. Please call Store-it Mini Warehouses and Storage on Panama City Beach for off season rates and any discounts- ask for Bruce. This condo sleeps 8. Wireless internet and LCD cable TV in every room. The Resort is adjacent to Calypso Resort and walking distance to Pier Park and a large fishing pier. Pier Park shopping is only 20 yards away! There are two large pools, indoor and outside heated during the cooler months and a hot tub. The Resort also has a full workout facilities with 24/7 access. This unit is strictly non-smoking. The condo is in a great location and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of kitchen and bath towels are provided. The front door cannot be locked from the inside. My grandson is autistic so my daughter and her family decided to book accommodations somewhere else because they were fearful he could get out of the condo. (He often wakes during the night). The lock on the balcony door in the master bedroom was broken. It opened every time the front door opened. Parking is 50 and I suggest registering your vehicle and printing your parking pass BEFORE you arrive. Otherwise it’s an additional 5 to print onsite.

The property was very nice but the unit that we stayed in left a lot to be desired related to cleanliness. Baseboards and louvered doors were filthy. Fans in Master BR and LR where noisy and wobbling. Response from Property Manager was great as they sent a cleaning crew out right away. The issues that we faced were the same that were in several past reviews. Seems like owners really do not care about reviews and try to correct issues.

We've stayed at Aqua 20 times over the last 15 yrs. Room was a little run down and could have been cleaner. Master toilet ran the whole stay, trash disposal and dish washer didn't work.(minor problems) We love the location. We always have a great stay. The pools are nice and building is always clean. Views are amazing and guys who rent the chairs were friendly. Overall a great stay!

Weekend at the beach

The property was as listed. The balcony was large enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably and enjoy the ocean view. The property pool was also clean and nice. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The kiosk for the parking permit is inside the building but easy to use once we found it.

The resort itself fine. Good location walking distance to pier.The unit itself needs some work. The master bedroom tv didnt work at all, unit needs to be swept and dusted. The master bedroom fan was unable to be turned up or down in speed so could very hot. The doors on inside didn't lock except 1. This includes the sliding door outside. Also one of the smoke alarms did not have any batteries in it

Great time with family.

Stayed for spring break. PCB is active on the weekends so if you like quiet this may not be the place for you. It was fine after Saturday night but the locals like to hang out on the strip over the weekend and it gets a bit much. Other than that the place is great and beach is the best.

I liked the complex but the condo needs new bedding, the pillows were old and stained. We were also cold some nights. There was only one extra blanket. The dishwasher barely works. The owner was very responsive and I overall was very happy.

Overall Condo is very nice. Lots of room. Having a kitchen pantry is nice so the counters aren’t cluttered. When I say plenty I mean plenty on luggage carts! Location is great. Shuckems is right across the street god food and atmosphere. Close to pier park. We enjoyed the condo very much!

Anniversary Trip

Location is great and communication with Bruce was also good. But, there are a few things that need repair or updating. The master bath shower head sprayed water over the shower wall (no way to adjust it) and got the bathroom soaked. We put a wash cloth over it to stop the huge mess whenever we showered. The master bed mattress has seen better days and could use replacement as well as the chairs in living room. We did have a great trip!

Panama City Getaway

The location is excellent and the condo was spacious. However, there were issues with lighting in the master bathroom. These issues included only one working light over the sink while the others were not working. The lighting was not adequate. Also, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom could not be turned off. When the property owner was contacted, there was no follow-up. Also, the TV was not working in the master bedroom, and the shower curtain in the guest bathroom had mildew.

Better than photos

We stayed here for a mother/daughter senior trip of 3 moms and daughters. The unit looked better in real life than it did in the photos. The location was convenient to shopping and dining. We were right on the beach. There was plenty of room. It was a really a wonderful trip. The only negative thing I could say was that the unit was not very clean. It was tidy, just not clean. When we arrived we immediately noticed sand on the hard floors and the floors looked like they had not been swept. There was also mildew on the shower curtain. Again, overall a great unit just not very clean.

Family trip / spring break

We came down for my daughters Senior trip . We had 5 of us and a 7 month old . The condo was so spacious and clean . The beds were very comfy and we had so much room . Walmart was just down the road .It was just a short walk to pier park which was nice for older kids to go shopping or out to eat on there own . It was so fun to walk to eat and shop instead of driving everywhere. The parking garage was very nice and so easy to access. We will definitely be rebooking wit Bruce again .
