You are just a few clicks away from booking our condo in one of the best maintained luxury resorts in PCP and on best beaches in the world. Palazzo Resort are individually owned condos in a luxury condo building at a great location. Palazzo is one of the newer high-rise buildings on the beach. With only 129 units, there is more beach for you to enjoy and faster elevator service. It also has the parking under the building with fast and easy access to the condos above. There is a parking fee at Palazzo which requires you to register your vehicle in advance, but it is only $40 for your entire stay. If you have an oversize vehicle, 6'10" height max, there is a lot across the street, but requires a prior permit in addition to parking registration.
Our Location
Located at the less crowded 'West' end of the beach, away from the crowds at other locations on the beach. Just one mile down the street from the Palazzo is Pier Park, a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex - one of the most popular attractions in Panama City Beach. The Pier Park complex has free parking. This complex gets better every year. There is also Winn-Dixie and a CVS Pharmacy located just across the street along with McGuires Irish Pub. Located just 12 miles from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are close to everything!
The Condo
This beautiful 5 Star condo (please read our 205 five star reviews over the past 16 years) has all the amenities guests need for a wonderful vacation; 1026 square feet of space, make this one of the largest 1 bedroom, 2 bath floor plans on the beach. There is no carpet in this condo, only luxury vinyl plank and tile. There are nine-foot ceilings with sliding balcony doors that reach from floor to ceiling and stretches almost the entire width of the condo giving you a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room and kitchen. The living room has chic beach decor and new paint in 2024. A sense of relaxation will come over you just from the surroundings. There is a nice sofa, loveseat, and recliner, plus a dining table that seats four. There are also four swivel bar stools at the counter. A desk in the living room area provides a dedicated work space for those who need to work remotely while away. We have free Wireless Internet for your convenience. The living room TV is a 40 inch flat screen Toshiba with Roku with Smart streaming capabilities and cable service.
The Master Bedroom and Bath suite has a 32 inch Roku Smart TV with cable service. One of the extras is the luxury King Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and two king-size MyPillows, .......ahhhhhhhhhhhh so comfy! They provide an ultimate night's sleep. The black-out drapes make sleeping-in easy. The master is located on the street side of the condo not Gulf facing.
The bunk area is an actual room off the hallway with twin bunks for kids (no adults in the bunk beds please) and has its own bathroom with fun beachy decor. There is also a bin of games under the beds for the kids. For our tiny guests, we provide a Pack-N-Play with bedding.
The Kitchen
All stainless steel appliances, thick granite counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen with colorful dishes, kid dishes, margarita glasses, wine glasses, a blender, hand mixer, crock pot, food processor, regular coffeemaker, Keurig, rice cooker, and tea kettle. These are just some of the amenities. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
The View
The view of the crystal blue waters of the gulf is spectacular from the large 14th floor balcony! Watch closely and you may spot dolphins and rays and other wildlife just offshore! There are 4 padded teak chairs and a teak patio table for enjoying meals or drinks. In addition, there are 2 wooden Adirondack lounge chairs for you to kick back and relax in, watch the sunset, or maybe see stingrays and dolphins in the surf.
The Beach
The sugar-white sand beaches of the Florida Panhandle are voted as some of the best in the world. The sand is so fine and clean that it squeaks when you walk on it.
Free Beach Service
Forget about paying $50 to $60 per day for beach service (2 lounge chairs and an umbrella). Seasonal (March 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026) Beach Service is INCLUDED with the rental of this condo which saves you a lot of money. The season runs from March 1 thru October 31. The service includes two chaise lounges and a large beach umbrella until 4:00 pm daily. The beach attendant will adjust your umbrella to provide sun or shade for you.
The Pool Area
The beautiful pool is on the beach side of the building on the fifth (lobby) level providing a spectacular, elevated view of the beach and gulf. It is heated seasonally and is open year-round. There is a hot tub on the pool level which is covered and is open year-round.
The Fitness Center
Have you ever worked out on a treadmill, cycle, or elliptical while watching the stingrays or dolphins swim by? Our gym is also elevated and has huge glass windows that look out directly at the gulf. There is also a large variety of Lifestyle work-out equipment to select from.
More on Palazzo
Palazzo is a wonderful building. It is upscale and only has 129 units, which means 'no crowds'. The parking is very convenient too. The first 4 floors of the building are gated parking. Once you park, just walk over to one of the 3 elevators, grab a luggage cart and the elevator takes you right to our front door on floor 14. No need to park across the street and haul all your luggage over the catwalk like many of the other buildings in the area. There is an additional $40 per vehicle parking fee which is good for the entire length of your stay.
There is a community charcoal grill and picnic area in the front of the building. Utensils included.

Note:
Our condo will be professionally cleaned after each departure with CDC approved cleaning products and procedures. To provide sufficient cleaning time between guests, our check-in hours are after 4pm and check out time is 10am. Early check in and late check out cannot be granted to provide the best possible cleaning.
Rates
We offer all-inclusive rates. Unlike many other condos, we do not have hidden fees. Please compare the final price to determine the best value and factor in the free beach service. You will find we have a beautiful, 5 Star condo for a fair price. We are not a property manager. We own our condo and just this condo, so much effort is put into it by us to keep it nice for our guests.
