AQUA 1411 has new floors, furniture, décor and paint! In addition, the fully stocked kitchen is ideal for all your favorite meals! Also new to this incredible unit, each bunk bed has their own TV!

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

It's a very nice condo! Very well cared for and stocked. The location was great too. Only issue was the road noise and there is nothing the owner/property manager can do about that. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. It was a perfect home away from home for a week at the beach. Close enough to walk pretty much anywhere. Very clean!! Loved the games too!! Beach service was great too and the guys were always so friendly. Thank you for wonderful memories!

This condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen has an updated look, which we loved. We enjoyed the fact that they had games and we played every evening. This is by far one of the nicest condo we have stayed at aqua and would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location, roomy condo

Pros: location is walking distance to Pier Park, elevators are fast, condo is roomy, kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and anything you’d need to cook a meal. Beds are very comfortable. Cons: view of the ocean is not a panoramic view, there is a wall on one side and a building on the other that blocks the view, bring toilet paper you will only have enough for a few days. Tip: set the dryer on Timed Dry to get your stuff to dry.

Great condo (but maybe not for the elderly)

We loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for my parents, daughter and me. The bunks were a neat touch! The condo is an end unit on the west side facing a building so there wasn’t a typical full view of the gulf or the beach chairs below. I would definitely stay here again but would not bring my elderly parents back as parking was across the street and required a long walk to the end unit. More of an issue was the steep stair access to the beach that was hard for my folks to navigate. My daughter and I loved it; my parents did too but they weren’t able to come down as much because of the access. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas during our warm get-away. It was a great trip regardless.

Great condo and convenient to everything

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We loved it! We had one issue with the air conditioner and made a call to the manager and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The dryer in the unit is tiny and will only dry one towel and a few other items at once. For a family of 6, that was a little rough! Other than that, there were no issues and I would definitely stay there again.

Great family getaway

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to stay with children. Just a trip to the grocery store and you’re good for the week. Great communication with all codes needed for your stay. The only thing that could have been better was the weather, and clearly that was under Mother Nature’s control. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and had everything we could need. We had an issue our first day with the ac but management had someone there to fix it within the hour. They were very fast to make sure our issue was handled. The beds were very comfortable and our daughter loved the TVs in the bunk beds! We had a wonderful time and we’re planning on staying here again next year!

Loved this condo. Loved our stay. Anything we needed was there and if we needed help the manager on ate would come help us. The view was unbelievable. Would definitely come back. The only thing I would recommend is to let future people know that the condo does have small step ups and downs going into the bedrooms and bathrooms. But other than that everything was perfect. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our trip to PCB. We will be back next year. 😊

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view! We REALLY liked the layout, it was probably one of the best we've stayed in! We were there at the end of March and the traffic/road noise was a bit loud, even on the 14th floor. However, if your stay is during Spring Break, that's to be expected! Parking is a bit of a walk but easy and plentiful. The luggage carts provided at the entrance to the walkover were super helpful! We didn't experience any issues with elevator wait as was mentioned by other guests and the condo's proximity to amenities and restaurants was fantastic. Highly recommend!
