All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

We had a great time at Aqua 204. Very clean and just as described in the listing. Loved that it was close to everything and convenient to the pool and beach. Love the 2nd level as we get to use the elevator that only accesses floors 1-3 so we didn't have to wait with the large elevators that went to the rest of the high rise!

Wonderful condo

My family and I went to Panama City for 4th of July weekend. This condo and building were the perfect size. We never had to wait on elevators. The building was a full capacity but never felt that way.The condo was perfectly laid out. Everything was clean and was very accommodating. I would stay here again when we come back to Panama City.

Great property but bring your eye mask to sleep in the bedrooms

This was a great property over all. Very well kept and very clean. The condo was on the second floor so no long waits at the elevators
you can just take the stairs down one flight to the beach and pool area or up one flight to the crosswalk to parking. It had plenty of towels for our 5 guest group. The only two downsides I have to report are: 1) the palm trees obstructed some of the ocean view (but what can one expect being on the 2nd floor.) 2) The light in the hallway outside the condo shows into the bedroom windows at night and it made very it difficult to sleep. There are plantation shutters but no curtains so it kept the room very bright at night. So you need to take your eye covers to sleep in the bedrooms if you are a light sleeper like me.
