Bahama West C is conveniently located in the calm and peaceful area of west end Panama City Beach near Sunnyside. It is directly across the street from the world's most beautiful beaches. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a spacious kitchen and dining area. The washer and dryer is right next to the living area for your convenience. The front porch welcomes you for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The master bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. The guest room has a queen size bed. The guest bath is conveniently located for the living area and guest room. We have one reserved parking space in the rear of the unit. Also, you may rest easy knowing that the unit is professionally cleaned prior to your stay.

Highly Recommend

Cindy was super easy to get ahold of. Her place was much nicer than the pictures look. It has a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. You have beach access just across the street. It is an easy less than 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. The west end of PCB is the best place to be. Less crowded but still close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Loved this Place

I loved my stay here so much, and I'm so glad we added an extra night. I've been going to PCB since I was a kid in the 80's, and my old family place is literally next door to this one. I felt really at home here, and I loved the vibe. The stairs weren't too bad at all, even when bringing in the groceries and luggage. They have made some updates since the listing photo, btw. I will be visiting again, for sure!

Nice place!

Clean and fresh. Lovely updated bathrooms. Many helpful items provided like lots of towels, soap, paper products, etc. So close to the beach! Quiet residential area. Parking lot needs work, but the other guests were accomodating.

Great for families & beach access

The property had everything our family needed with easy public beach access right across the street. It looks like it has been updated some since the listing pictures. The beds were pretty comfortable. The owner was really quick to respond to questions. The reason for 4 stars is that it could have been a little cleaner, especially for the fees charged, and the door locks didn’t seem super secure. The owner did explain how they worked but could have given instructions proactively. Overall we would recommend this property & stay here again.

Great condo and great Host

The house was perfect. The inside was clean and well maintained. It was close enough to walk to the beach within 3-4 minutes. The first night the refrigerator went out. I called Cindy and she had a new refrigerator there the next morning. She really cares about her customers and taking care of you. 10 out of 10. We will be staying again.

Amazing location and a great host

We were all pleasantly surprised when we first walked in. Pictures do not do this place justice! It's literally on the other side of the street from being a beach front property. There was enough kitchenware for breakfast and lunch for our family of 4. The only issues we had were 1) finding the parking spot, but it was late and our host did explain how to get around back very clearly, and 2) getting booked. For some reason it would not let us book our kids so we just put all adults. Our host was VERY kind and easy to communicate with. VRBO's support on the booking issue was less than helpful. We are already planning our return visit to this exact property!!

Perfect location

This unit is nicely furnished and decorated, and I loved how open and bright it was. The location across the street from the public beach access could not be beat. It is truly a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful white sand and clear water beach! This part of Panama City is much more family friendly, and there were not many people on the beach at all and we had lots of room to spread out. It is a nice place to stay with family. The kitchen is well appointed, and has most items you would need to cook meals during the day. Cindy is a wonderful hostess, and communicated with us as soon as we needed something. Our family had an awesome 2 week stay at Cindy's place. Beautiful ocean view from the patio as well. There is a construction site across the street, but that's to be expected in a constantly growing area like PCB. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the beds are super comfy.

Economical and Clean

We had a great stay. Property was clean and as advertised. Parking is limited but clearly marked as one designated place for this condo. Only a short walk to the beach and you can see the ocean well from the balcony.

Independence Day!

We absolutely loved our time there. The ease of beach access was incomparable to when condos right in the beach. The ability to only have a short walk to and from the condo was amazing. The are itself was quiet and secluded, and you didn’t have to fight the PCB traffic to get to the beach! Great experience m? Would recommend and would stay here again!

Clothing, food, jewelry, toiletries left from previous guests

When we arrived, we were happy upon first sight. Everything looked to be in place and clean. When we started unpacking, we noticed that there were dirty shorts and underwear in one of the drawers. There was makeup on the soap dispensers in the bathroom and wiped on the wall. The sheets and comforters were still damp as if someone took them out of the washer and threw them on the bed, so just being careful we washed them before we went to bed. There was an open bag of Cheetos and headphones left in the bedside table in the guest room. Jewelry and earrings were left in the bathroom along with deodorant. Clothes were on top of the dryer and a shoe was left under the bed in the master. On the back porch, a beach towel was left to sour in the weather. There was only one parking space per unit with one for “overflow”, and if anyone parked in an open area that was NOT DESIGNATED for another unit, notes were left on the windshields. With units that can sleep 6 people, you think there’d be more than one parking space per unit. I contacted Cindy about it but she didn’t respond. I know the owner has no control over parking, but it would’ve been nice to know what we could do about it. It started off great, but with paying $1100+ for 3 nights, we expected a cleaner and safer unit. The windows had no locks, and the doors barely shut. When you check out, there are instructions left on the fridge from a previous owner, so I’m not sure how they know when you check out now. Cindy was helpful when it came to us getting locked out, and she mailed a piece of clothing we left, but the unit didn’t live up to the same standards. I contacted Cindy about the condition it was in just trying to prevent it from happening to the next guests- I honestly wasn’t terribly upset because it wasn’t anything we couldn’t clean or work around, but she denied it all even though I offered to send her pictures of everything. I’m more upset about basically being told that I was lying about it all than about the state of the unit. The only reason the unit is getting 3 stars is because Cindy was great to work with until I told her about all the things we’d found.
