Steps to the Resort Style Pool & Across from The Big Chill + Free Tickets!

Come experience a stay at Beach Abode, the beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located along 30A in Prominence! This unique property is just steps from The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). With so many shops and places to eat, you'll love spending the afternoon here. The community has a beautiful 5,000 square foot community pool. You're just a short bike ride from the beach and all of South Walton's unique beach communities.

As you step through the front door, you walk directly up to the 2nd Floor, you are led to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, both perfect for entertaining or relaxing while you look out at the pool. This home has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset! The spacious master bedroom also includes a queen bed plus a private bathroom with dual vanities and large shower. From the hallway, you are led to the guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV and private bath.

Beach Abode is .5 mile (about a 5-10 minute bike ride) to the nearest beach access.

Prominence:
With a stay in Prominence, you'll enjoy access to fantastic amenities including a 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style community pool (heated to 80°F from Oct 1–Nov 30, Dec 21–31, and Mar 1–Apr 30), poolside BBQ grills and outdoor dining, and complimentary bikes for exploring 30A. The Beach at it's Best!

We enjoyed our stay. The locations was great between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The accomodations were just as we expected. We were not able to get in when we arrived and had to deal with the Management Co. We reached out to them the next day because the TV did not work and they said they would get back to us but, did not. A couple of extra rolls of TP would be nice to have around.

Great vacay ... very disappointing rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in excellent condition and the location was fantastic. A minor technical issue at the location was quickly resolved and the technical maintenance staff was friendly, personable and prompt with resolving the issue. After departure the management company did a horrible job handling a situation. We have left a set of hearing aids in the master bathroom. We called immediately upon realizing this and were told that no one had checked into the property and it should have been as we left it. We told them exactly where the item was and requested that they retrieve it for us. The item was never retrieved and we are very disappointed and for that reason do not recommend this management company. There is no reason if the property had not been occupied that they could not have retrieved our valuables. The stay was great but if I could give the property management company a zero I would.

We loved this property! Perfect for our family of 4 including a 2 & 5 year old.

The location in the neighborhood was great! The property was stocked with way more kitchen items than expected - which was a bonus! Our code to get into the property was incorrect but thankfully the door was open because we arrived after hours. The rental company responded to us the next morning with the correct information. With 2 small kiddos, renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach was helpful for us as it was easier than loading everyone in and out of the car - and all the sand 😉 The unit itself was beautiful, well laid out, and a great value! We would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Abode. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Alberto rained out our first three days but the weather greatly improved mid week. I’m impressed with Prominence North as a whole. The convenience of The Hub, the walking paths and the pool are outstanding. I do wish Prominence North was a little closer to the beach. Overall it’s a very nice community.
