The decorations in this condo are very upscale and coordinated.
- Master BR king size bed flat screen tv with cable and private bath.

- Twin size bunk beds in a separate out of the way area off of the hallway with another full bathroom next to it. They are big enough for grown adults.
The living room has a large flat screen tv and has a Queen Sized pull out couch.

There is a one-time resort fee of $35 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $45 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

The unit was decent. The furniture NEEDS TO BE CLEANED! It’s visibly dirty. Extra blankets were smelly. One garbage bag for 1 weekNot Enough . No extra toilet paper (had to buy some) along w garbage bags. I’m a pretty laid-back person so for me to leave it in a review is big. I even put the blankets in the washing machine and left a note. WIFi didn’t work. Stripped bedding as directed and pillows were stained and dirty- GROSS

Just what we needed

The condo was exactly what we needed for myself, my husband, son and in-laws. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and really appreciated the third bathroom so our teenager could have his own space. The view was amazing and although there were some longer waits for the elevators we would definitely stay here again.

Blast in a glass!

The internet is a little slow. Elevators hardly worked. You don't have any service on the balcony. Over all the places really clean. Don't forget to bring your own toilet trees. The pools were great and the beach was beautiful.

Loved it!!

Great condo on the beach! I would definitely stay here again. The place was super clean besides some sand on the floor, but lets be real
 it’s a beach condo. I appreciated that they had a broom, so I can sweep every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend the owner to put a little sticker or sign up on how to open the balcony door. I know it sounds silly, but the door is super heavy because it’s hurricane proof. It took a while to figure out how to open it. I apologize for all the handprints on the glass. They also had lots of extra bedding and towels. The condo staff were super friendly, and the beach service guys were awesome and helpful. 10 out of 10!!!

Not up to standard by long shot

Had to text/ email 4 times to get standard items like blankets/knife/cutting boards/ a decent skillet, even a mop to clean floors.Rec all but had to ask, should of been in unitGot locked out of unit for many hrs bf security/ agent could figure out how to get back in- we were returning from spa-so no phone r reg clothes— and it was a very cold day.Furniture- kitchen/ living room were on last legs- falling apart, not comfortable and not very clean even. Mattress on queen not comfortable , and on king barely.Outdoor furniture on balcony- 4 single chairs and 2 small tables very inadequate/ cheap crap.Kitchen was actually the worst equipped one I have ever rented in a condo- few silverware/ plates/ containers/ no spices of any kind/limited kinds of glasses.It was nothing like write up on Vrbo, everything was on cheap side compared to price- real cheap sideClose to elevator,was on 29th floor.Very disappointed in amenities/furniture/ and overall everything and of course no beach chairs of any kind

Filthy Unit and Unresponsive Management - Avoid This Property

Upon arrival at the condo, we were immediately confronted with an unacceptable level of uncleanliness that suggested the unit hadn't been maintained in months. The toilets were filthy, and we discovered disturbing items including an old used razor, rusty toenail clippers, and multiple pieces of garbage under a bed. Food residue was found in the corners of two bedrooms, and most alarmingly, there was fecal residue on one of the folded blankets. The overall state of the unit was appalling, with excessive dust, dirty floors, and bird droppings covering the balcony.The management company's response, or lack thereof, only compounded our frustration. It took over 4Âœ days for them to even acknowledge our concerns and arrange for cleaning. When the cleaner finally arrived, she was so shocked by the unit's condition that she had to call for additional help to address the mess. While the condo itself has nice features, the management and cleanliness issues are inexcusable. The elevators are as problematic as other reviews have noted, and we were disappointed to find that the sauna and indoor hot tubs – key amenities that influenced our choice of this property – were broken with no prior notification.Given our experience, I cannot recommend this property and will not consider staying here again. There are numerous superior options available in this area that offer proper maintenance and responsive management.

Condo was lovely. Appointed with coastal decor that made the stay feel homey and comfortable. Really had everything we needed. Regrettably, the bathtub had not been cleaned, in perhaps many weeks. And the floors were also not even mopped. But I know that is NOT the fault of the homeowner. We left it cleaner than we found it. The Tidewater Complex itself was a huge disappointment and aggravation. The people providing the beach chairs “assign” your chairs. We were refused access to the front seats and informed “you will sit where we tell you to sit!” We were treated with immense disrespect as if we were children. The elevators were a constant nightmare .Not a pleasure when you are 29 floors up. I can say.that I would choose this particular condo again if it were NOT LOCATED IN TIDEWATER . It was an experience we hope to be able to forget!

Perfect, Relaxing Beach Week

We loved this condo. We had a family of 4, but we could have easily had an additional 2-4 people in this condo. We loved having 3 full bathrooms and there were plenty of towels. We really didn't have any issues with the elevators when we were there, but I can see how when the complex is full that it could be an issue. Tidewater is a HUGE resort with 30 floors. We loved the view from the 29th floor. And having the 2 beach chairs included was a big benefit. I don't understand why more condo owners don't include it. The only cons were that the kitchen could be better stocked. However, I don't go on vacation to cook, so it wasn't a problem with me. There were plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Just not a lot of silverware. The complex has strict rules about where you can set up your personal chairs (how tall they are) and umbrellas. Basically, unless you have a short beach chair, you have to set everything up on the sides of the condos, in front of the pools. It didn't really affect us, but it could be a hassle with a big group.

Very pleased!!!

Being on the 29th floor the view is absolutely amazing. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this unit. I have stayed a lot of places and never has one been up to my standards of clean until this one!! I bring cleaning supplies with me and wipe down and clean things in every place that I stay. I brought everything with me this time and genuinely didn’t need it. I was throughly pleased with this condo and would definitely stay again. The elevators were not an issue! The only time there was an extended wait was when we arrived right at check in time and it was busy but it wasn’t that bad and definitely would not be a deterrent for staying here again!!

Great stay.

The condo was clean! The pools were also much larger than we anticipated, the beach was perfect. My husband and myself have always chosen the gulf for our beach vacations. We have stayed in many condos and houses and when visiting. And this was definitely a great stay. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. And even though the condo is VERY high up, it was a gorgeous view!

Don’t let the elevator talk you out!

This condo was perfect. We had zero issues at all!! The elevators WERE NOT terrible!!!!! We waited MAX 15 minutes. Beds were comfy and view from room in the morning was awesome. Would stay again!

Beautiful View

The unit is self was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The view is absolutely gorgeous!! Downside to the resort its self: 1) The elevator service is a nightmare. Takes forever to get get up or down. 2) TideWater doesn't rake their beaches, so it was pretty dirty. I've never stayed at a resort that didn't rake and make their beach pretty. 3) The majority of their customer service and security staff spent more time on theirs phones than interacting with the guests. 4) The day before we were scheduled to leave, the cleaning crew came into our room and dropped a huge duffel of linens for their flip the next day! This particularly upset me as the had ZERO permission to be in our occupied room. I called
