This 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit sleeps up to 8 guests perfectly and is the ideal spot for your next beach getaway. Both bedrooms have a comfy king bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, and private access to your own bathroom. The two private bathrooms have a standard layout, one having a stand up shower and the other having a combination shower/tub. Tucked off in the hallway is an area perfect for the little ones! This area has a bunk bed, bedside dresser, and mounted flat screen TV. Right next to the bunk area is the third bathroom with a stand-up shower. Once you make your way into the living room, you are greeted with most stunning view of the sandy beach. The living room is the perfect area to relax with the family and has plenty of seating for everyone. The sofa in the living room also doubles as a pull out bed.

Our luxury unit has been professionally furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring granite counter tops, tile floors, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Sit on the wide balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of turquoise waters and sugar white sands on the Gulf of Mexico.

Condo was nice. Check-in was easy, but had to go downstairs to find security to check-in. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances & dishes we needed. Had to call management company to replace a screw in the oven door handle. The king beds were very comfortable, but the bunk bed mattresses could use an upgrade. Really enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning.

Great location, but expect a long wait at the elevators.

We loved the location of Tidewater, but the elevators weren’t working on the east side of the building so the wait was so long. We waited over 30 minutes to get on the elevator the day we got there. Most of the time we would just take the 19 flights of steps down because we hated waiting. One day while taking the stairs they turned off the power and so we were in the stairwell in the pitch black dark. Thankfully, we had our phones and used the light to guide our way. On a positive note the free activities that come with renting this condo is a definite perk. Will not stay at this condo again.

Not what we expected

The condo was small for 6 people. The walk in shower was so small you could barely turn around. The elevators were horrible. We had to wait 45 minutes one day. Twice we had to call security to send an elevator to our floor. Only 2 of the 4 TV’s worked. I called and left a message for the property manager and no one ever called me back.

The couch and love seat were stained The baseboards were dirty. The bathroom towel bar was broken. The recliner was broken. The umbrella and chairs were great. The staff was friendly. The garage was secure. The place needed updated but all and all we had a good stay. We put blankets on the furniture so we could sit down. You are close to pier park this place was a good location.

The condo was overall great! The problem were the elevators! Horrible! Wait time time for the elevators were the worst. Wait times were from at least 10 minutes to 30 minutes! And that was everyday we were there. Then the bartender at the pool was so rude! I have never been treated so badly by a server! Get a new girl to serve drinks!

We had a great time, beautiful view of the water from the balcony the room worked well for our family. The 2nd bedroom is a Little crowded with the king size bed when trying to get to the closet and there are red stains on the comforter. When checking in the guy at the check in was a little crabby, and it was a battle to get an elevator all week.

Everything was very nice except the elevators.

The building itself and all the facilities were great. The pools are big, nice, and clean. The gym was larger than I expected. The parking garage and skybridge were fine. The parking garage seemed a little tight especially with all the big trucks around. The beach was beautiful and the folks doing the umbrella rentals were all very nice. We got lucky and the weather was great, and there wasn't a lot of seaweed. Now the Elevators... During peak times (check in, check out) good luck catching an elevator from your condo to go down. One elevator was out of order while we where there and the others were over utilized or kids would push every floor which made it worse. There has to be a way to cancel all calls. Why not label it or put a note. It is a bit easier to get an elevator going up during peak times because there would be a elevator operator. The elevator operators were always very nice! So during peak times we'd just walk down our 19 flight of stairs. Its much easier to walk down than walk up. I guess this is normal because when we went to Pier Park a timeshare salesman asked us about the elevators. I chuckled and told him I wasn't interested in what he was selling. All in all we had a fantastic time on our vacation.

Very Cozy

****Please read the check-in instructions ahead of time**** We stayed here as a family, two adults and 4 kids ages 13-1. Our 13-year-old had a room to herself, the two middle children slept on a bunk bed and the baby stayed in our room. Everyone was super comfortable. The common area is very cozy. We enjoyed the big kitchen very much. All appliances were clean and in working condition. We really liked the resort as well. We liked the level of security. Thanks to the other reviews, we read the check-in instructions ahead of time and pre-registered with the resort in advance. Even though we came in late, the security guy just handed us our packet and we were good to go. We were at first concerned that the parking was across the street, but it ended up not being an issue at all. Would definitely stay again (although, the prices are going up, so we probably won’t be able to afford it).

We enjoyed our vacation here!

Perfect location. Beaches were beautiful. The condo was just as pictured and described. There was a TV that did not work by the bunk beds but that was not a huge deal. Be prepared to wait for the elevators. They also did have signs posted they were working on wifi upgrade. We only had wifi in certain areas. Overall, those little things did not hinder our stay. We had a blast and would stay again!

Slow elevators

This condo was spacious and clean. The king size bed in the smaller bedroom was too big for the room, you could barely fit on either side to get in bed. The kitchen could use an update on non stick pans. The TV in the bunk area is not connected to any cable so it could only be used for DVDs if you have any. The living room TV was difficult to use for regular cable. The elevators were very slow (not a reflection on condo.) The view was beautiful. The AC was perfect. Having to go down stairs every morning to rent chairs was an inconvenience. I'm not sure why the rental place won't just assign you chairs for the duration of your stay(Not a reflection of the condo.). The swimming pools could use more umbrellas. Overall, we had a nice time and the condo was nice. There were pros and cons. Probably wont be back to Tidewater but Fourstar Condo property management was very nice.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed are stay, the condo was ready when we arrived ,the check in process was smooth and easy the view from the Condo was great looking out over the ocean from the balcony, the kitchen was stock with everything you need to prepare your meals. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
