Beach front condo at Emerald Beach Resort!!

Emerald Beach Resort 934 is a great choice for a small family getaway or a trip with friends. This one-bedroom condo has two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The southern wall is lined with glass doors, providing breathtaking views of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances adds convenience to your vacation. Kids will love the built-in hallway bunks. Enjoy a morning coffee from the Starbucks downstairs and take a walk across the sky bridge bar to access the condo. Relax by the beachfront pool and enjoy drinks from the tiki bar. Pier Park is also nearby for additional entertainment options.

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Property was pictured as listed. It was VERY clean upon arrival and easy check in process. That mattress in the bedroom is very HARD and also felt at night it got hot in the room. That was really our only problem with the condo. I would change out trashcan in kitchen too, it was hard to put trash bags in it cause of how wide the top is. This is our second time to stay at this resort and the elevators was horrendous I know not condo people problem just fyi LONG waits! Definitely bring extra toiletries and trash bags etc cause like they said they only leave one of each and that’s it.

Overall the stay was wonderful! Very clean condo! Our only complaint for the condo itself was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but nothing that would stop us from staying again! The only other thing worth mentioning was that the cleaning ladies showed up at 8:55am and check out wasn't until 10am.

Loved the facility it’s self but was disappointed

I absolutely love the facility. We stay there (emerald beach resort) every year sometimes twice a year however I was disappointed with the service received by whoever was in charge The washing machine and or dryer left marks on several of clothing and even tour some clothing did happen randomly when I notified somebody nobody would call me back Only text message, which I thought Odd instead of having someone come and try to fix the problem they said they had a warranty with Lowe’s and they would be out to fix it. However, the washing machine and dryer both looked really old maybe like a 2010 model with rust in it. Also the living room remote didn’t work as well as the bedroom was logged out of the tv so both tvs were useless we didn’t even notice til the last day since the kids had iPads other than how they handled the dryer and the TV remotes, I loved everything else. The condo itself is our favorite place to stay with the two pools. And beautiful views of the ocean.

Great location! Beautiful beach!

It was nice and perfect for our family of 6. Only complaint I have is facility generated: I have 4 girls under 10 and it was EXTREMELY long going to and from the parking garage. The parking garage was always packed, and the elevator wait was 10-15 minutes at times. It took 30 minutes to get us TO and FROM our condo from just the parking garage. In order to get to our car, we had to often get on 3 separate elevators. Parking is definitely not toddler/infant friendly; especially with a stroller because you often have to take multiple stairs on top of elevators. For these reasons, i will not come back until my family gets older. Besides the parking/elevators, we loved our condo and the beach. Loved the cleanliness of the resort.

Perfect condo on the beach for my family of 6. The condo was very spacious and is the perfect size for large families. The view was breathtaking. The location is great and the building offers lots of activities. There’s also a Starbucks on site! My kids loved the game area and the pools! The best part of this property was the location and amenities. It is nestled between 3 beachside restaurants Sharky’s, Runaway Island, and senor frogs. Also pizza, Mexican, and ice cream are all within very short walking distance. It was very family friendly. There is a pool, tiki bar, sky bar, Starbucks, and surf shop all at resort. You can easily go here and not have to drive anywhere. We will go back but with some understanding of the downsides. Condo room: When we arrived, the garage code that was sent to us was incorrect and did not work. Also our code to get in our condo was incorrect. This was stressful. But I was able to reach the rental manager for both codes. The condo itself was spacious but furnishings were very run down. Surprisingly the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not have local channels. Property: The elevators did not consistently work right. We waited one time for 20 minutes for an elevator. And since one of the escalators was also broken, to go from our condo to the parking garage, we had to ride 3 different elevators. When the elevators didn’t work right it was a time suck for sure. The property had a lot of unpleasant smells and was more run down than we expected since being built in 2007. I did not want to drink at the sky bar or get food from the facility because the smell was pretty bad. And they try to cover it up with air fresheners that all smell different. It was a lot.
