Beach Treasure - Seacrest Beach -Best Value On 30A

This pristine, two bedroom, two-story townhome is in immaculate condition with attractive decor, tile floors and fresh paint. It is only steps away from the beautiful Gulf beaches with private beach access. You will find it the most affordable on scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy the proximity of Seaside and Alys Beach without the high price. Quietly situated between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove/Seaside. Beach Treasure is only ten minutes away from Panama City Beach and 20 minutes from Destin.

Relax on our beautiful white beach during the day or enjoy the nightlife and shopping offered by Panama City Beach in the evening. Conveniently located to grocery stores (three miles), and superb restaurants all along Highway 30A. Take advantage of walking around Seaside's charming shops, or take a bike and cycle/walk along the 17 miles of bike trails from Rosemary's Beach to Santa Rosa Beach. Golfers can enjoy year-round golf at nearby Camp Creek Golf Club (3 mins away), and children can enjoy the many water/theme parks at nearby Panama City or Destin.

Our 1300-square-foot townhouse is a two-story with sleeping downstairs, living and eating upstairs with tasteful beach themed decor. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master features cable flatscreen TV, queen-size bed, and sunroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and TV. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on the same floor.

Upstairs is a wonderfully bright living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a queen-sized bed in pullout couch,
48 inch TV. A deck from the living room looks out towards the Gulf. Beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a deck going out to the front of the house to watch the sunsets. A half bath is located on that level also.

All you need to bring is your swimsuit, beach towels are provided. We have so much more to offer, but only 6000 words to describe. So, what are you waiting for? Take a break from the stresses of life. We guarantee that once you have discovered Beach Treasure, you will want to come again and again. We take utmost pride in our townhouse and providing you a wonderful vacation experience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us. We had such an amazing time! The house was clean and perfect! Very short walk to the private beach access. It was never crowded at the beach because of it being private. I highly recommend staying here. Very close to all of the amazing spots on 30A such as Raw and Juicy, Fonville Press, and all the shops! Every morning we walked to coffee and enjoyed the sunrise on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Quick getaway with family

Found this property for the birthday week of my daughter. Really good townhome and centrally located from amenities. The big chill is a stroll away west and Rosemary and Ally beach to the east. Quiet and enjoyable place. Private beach access included was great!

Nice family getaway

We really liked the location, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the nearby areas with its own beach access that was never too busy either. The place was nice and clean and cozy for us as we spent one full day here when it was pouring rain. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nearly impossible to get an Uber here unless to/from the airport if you plan on not renting a car, we ended up renting bikes and biking everywhere which was fun. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast which had everything we needed and ate out for the rest of the day. This is a very nice place and convenient and easy walk to the beach just be mindful of cars especially with small children as they dont always stop for you and some drive very fast when crossing the street. I again loved the location as it was very close to Aly’s beach and Rosemary with cute cafes and restaurants to check out.

Perfect for a family trip

Beach Treasure was a great place to stay for our family of 4. All the features were exactly as described and worked flawlessly (appliances, A/C, laundry, bathrooms, etc.) We enjoyed lots of bike rides up and down 30A, and appreciated the easy access to get in/out to the nearby Publix when needed. For parents of young kids, the beach access was super easy and convenient, even for our 2 and 4 year old kids. and we even found a baby gate in a closet which made the place feel perfectly safe. All the railings for both decks and the upstairs stairwell were vertical and closely spaced, so we didn't have to worry about our little climber going over or through anything- these little details count- IYKYK! And for any runners & bikers out there, there was also convenient access to Point Washington State Forest and the Panama City Beach Conservation Park without having to ride/run on any busy roads. Thanks Vicky for the easy and detailed communication throughout!

Cute Townhouse close to ocean

Very cute townhouse located directly across from ocean access. Due to the dunes, there are many stair steps to the beach, which could be difficult for older individuals. The town house was well equipped with everything, including cleaning supplies. I do recommend adding some kitchen towels for drying dishes. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the second evening making for an uncomfortable sleep, but the property manger had someone at the property the next morning and it was fixed. She followed up to make sure it was working. The location is not from from Seaside, but depending on traffic it could take us 30 minutes. There really isn’t a lot close to this location to bike to- biking to Seaside would be too long. The best restaurant we found was Fish out of water- highly recommend .

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The private beach access was super close and convenient for our family. Easy to run back to for potty breaks. Lots of towels provided and beach chairs and an umbrella -- everything we needed. We would definitely rent again!
