Two-bedroom beachfront condo on 15th floor at Tropic Winds! Close to Pier Park, very family-friendly. Newly renovated (in 2021) and professionally decorated! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit boasts 1200 sq ft of beautiful living space with an updated kitchen. LED television sets in every bedroom. 1 King & 2 Queen beds, very comfy! Extra large, furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean waters and the softest white sand on the gulf coast. Condo has 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup daily (Between 3/15 - 10/31 only). 1 parking spot included, overflow parking available first-come first-serve.

Lovely Condo

Tropic Winds has always been our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo has been the best one we've stayed in by far. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Extra beach towels were a definite plus and beach service was great! We hit the beach/gulf every day! We try to reserve this condo again on our next trip to PCB.

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located.She had everything we needed, from cooking supplies to keeping our kiddos entertained. Just what we needed!

I probably spent about three weeks, researching properties and trying to communicate with host. And one of the awesome things about this property was the communication with the host, Megan. She was amazing! We drove from Arkansas to our location, and the check-in process was so easy, getting into the condo was a piece of cake, and the view was phenomenal!. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that there wasn’t already in the condo. I mean everything! The Winn-Dixie was the closest grocery store and we picked up a few items for snacks and lunches and it was perfect. If you do travel with children, Megan has all the stuff that you would need to play in the sand and have a great time by the ocean. There are lots of games for the kids to play and all the pieces and parts and cards are there nothing was missing. I cannot think of one thing about the condo that was not just perfect for our getaway. The beds were great, the amount of towels were perfect, she even has beach towels for you to use. We try to stay on top of all the laundry so I did a little bit every day and having the washer and dryer was great! My husband is never involved in the selection process only the critiquing process and I was excited when he said this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. That was a high compliment. If you were looking for a spacious two bedroom with a balcony that’s got lots of seating and gorgeous views, this would be the one to choose! ❀

Gulf air is the perfect cure.

This condo was as advertised. Meghan was always quick to respond to all my messages . Had TV and washer issues which she would have addressed while we were there, but told her just to fix before next guest. Our thing is to get away from Ky pollen and breathe the gulf air, take long walks on the beach, enjoy eating on balcony and watching the marine life. ( saw 2 manatees this visit, sharks, sea turtle, and stingrays. But sadly , no dolphons.) Also meeting so many nice people from all over. Just a great, relaxing vacation.

Tropic Winds is a great place to stay for a family. Away from the busy nightlife but close enough if you want to go. Love the indoor/outdoor pool. Place is very clean. Not crazy about the Roku Tv but again I am not very technical. But, they sent someone to help right away. Condo had Everything that we needed.
