The resort and location were perfect. The air conditioner had a leak and we had to clean it up out of the hallway 6 of our 7 days. The maintenance guy finally came with a part to fix it, only for it not to be a part needed, there was just gunk build up and needed to be suctioned with a shop vac. Literally 5 mins of them being there and it was fixed. There were minor other issues we addressed with the property manager; drawers in the dresser not working properly, remote holder not attached to the wall, curtains in living room not on track well and ice maker/water in fridge door didn’t work. We absolutely loved this report and location but won’t stay in this unit again unless these issues have been addressed. No offer of a discount, refund, or anything from property management.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay and the property! Very nice location. Unit is very nice, and exactly like the pictures. Only downside I would say is there is only one bathroom, but we knew that going in. Not nearly as busy and crowded as some of the other properties we’ve stayed in the past which we really enjoyed. Nice pool with a full bar and limited menu which made it nice and easy to grab a beverage and relax. Easy beach access, parking on site, and never had to wait for an elevator which is very underrated!!! Will definitely stay again!

Great unit, fantastic location & view

Cons: All the bed sheets were “dirty. There was sand & specks of hard little trash particles. It’s like they threw the sheets on the floor to make the bed and all the tiny trash particles from the floor stayed on the sheets. However the bed and pillows were comfortable. Dresser in the master bedroom was dysfunctional- we couldn’t use the shelves properly. They were out of socket/broken. However the closet was a decent size!The light on the bottom bunk didn’t work. But both bunk beds had a tv so that was really nice!My biggest complaints- Black mold on the showerhead attachment and lots of black mold inside the washing machine drum. Other than that the bathroom was really clean & washer/dryer worked properly. Pros-Location! Directly on the beach & so close to everything- shopping, restaurants, gas stations & adventure parks, etc. Spectacular view!!!!Amazing pool, kids splash pad, tiki bar/grill were wonderful. Kids splash pad is gated so that was a huge plus!Room is located on 21st floor, directly off of the elevators so that was really nice & convenient! Unit had plenty of pillows, blankets & towels.Kitchen was fully stocked with soap, cleaning supplies, detergents, pans, silverware, plates/cups, etc. The A/C worked super well. Blackout curtains also worked well. Family moved around the unit comfortably- it is very spacious and functional. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Behind the mattress of the bunk bed had crumbs everywhere that hadn’t been cleaned and the front loader washer smelled of mildew. At the end of the stay when we removed sheets from the king bed like you are told to do before leaving, there were stains all over the mattress protector. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great spot!

Exactly as advertised. We were in town for a tournament at Publix Sports Park and this was a perfect spot. Great view from the elevator and from the condo balcony. Clean, great communication from the owner, all around excellent value.

Great owner communication, very nice condo

This is a nice condo for a small family (I would say comfortably 4, but could do 6 if you have 2 small kids for the bunks ) We did great with 1 adult 2 young teens. I say 4 because I can see it getting hectic with more than that and only 1 bathroom. But I LOVED the actual location of the condo and the building itself was amazing. No issues with the elevators even on check in heavy days. Hardly a wait for the elevators, and the onsite restaurant and shop were absolutely wonderful (get the Honey Garlic weeks or shrimp Po boy at the "Under the Boardwalk". You will not be disappointed. This was probably one of the cleanest condos I have stayed at. Oh and the owners were super fast communicating. Like literally answered right away. Worth the stay. I hope to stay there again.

Amazing!!

From the start we had the best experience. we were able to check in early, the condo was immaculate and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. We had a hiccup with the air conditioning and they had a tech out within an hour of the issue and it was fixed! Amazing communication with the hosts and would 1000% stay again!

Summer vacation

Everything was spectacular. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping and the bed was so comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. Marvin was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. I would recommend this property for certain.
