Condo was perfect for our family vacation! Conveniently located near restaurants and Pier Park. Parking across the street with sky bridge was also very nice especially with the Spring Break traffic.

Spacious and well furnished

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Overall, it had great space and amenities. Emerald Coast Retreats was great to work with. We had a couple of issue during our stay, but they were quick to address and correct.

We loved our first time visit to Panama City Beach. I was with my husband and 2 sisters. The Aqua was really nice; we loved the pool and easy beach access. My one complaint was that they didn't heat the pools, the water was colder than the ocean. So, we really couldn't use them, only the hot tub. The temp was about 80, so we wish we could have used the pool. The only other thing was that one of the outlets in the bedroom with the queen bed wasn't working. We also found a couple outlets lose, they just need a screwdriver taken to them, no big deal. Otherwise, the unit was really nice, we would rebook again. The balcony was the best!

This unit was just beautiful! Well decorated and stocked…beds were comfortable. Master bath has a broken shower head that needs addressed but that was the only issue. Would book here again!

There was not a dead bolt or keychain latch on the door to lock on the inside at night. The door needs some attention. It pops open if not pushed securely to shut. The washing machine has black mold inside. Otherwise, everything was good.

Great location and view!

My family had a wonderful time staying here! We would stay at the Aqua Resort again and even the same unit. Overall 5 stars! It was beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the beachfront view. Parking was convenient with the skybridge. The front room with the bunk beds - the blinds were broken and the ladder to the top bunk was not secure on one side upon our arrival. This was no real inconvenience to us but just wanted the owners to be aware if it had not already been brought to their attention.

Our condo was great with plenty of supplies. The door from the master to the balcony would not lock. The shower curtain liner needed to be changed or bleached. Those are the only two negatives. Everything else was positive.

All was good. The blinds in the front bedroom were broken and allowed for light to get in during the mornings also feeling exposed when changing clothes. The shower head in the master kept falling too. The TV connection was weak. The house was clean and the deck was very wide, roomy and peaceful. Id do this again.

We have stayed in countless rentals over the years at the beach. This was by far the filthiest we have ever been in. Sofa/chair were stained and disgusting. Bathrooms covered in mold. The nightstand in the master had mold stains.. the floor seemed to have never been mopped. We removed our shoes upon entering and ruined all white socks immediately. It was so gross.Don’t even get me started on the front load washer. Smelled so bad, and there was so much mold in it! Also listing says beach chairs included, we had to pay for them the first day, and then got a call from management company the next day that they were paid for. At that point we didn’t need them. It’s too bad because it’s a lovely condo with a great set up. Could be really nice with some deep cleaning. Management company was amazing to work with though. Would book with them again, just not this unit.
