Condo was not cleaned when we got there..was greeted at door by cleaning supervisor..she stated cleaning crew hasnt been there yet..come back in 20 mins..came back and still not there...came back at 4.30 and they just got there..said 45 mins till it would be ready..got in condo at 5.20....a guy from realjoy realtors showed up next day with bottle of tequila and margarita mixes..was very thoughtful of them..dont drink but was a nice gesture!! Cleaning crew could not speak english so no communication when we was trying to get in condo..she just kept laughing in my face...if i was to leave the condo at check out 1 and 1/2 hrs late,( like my check in was) i belive you guys would have charged my card!! Ive been coming to PCB for over 40 yrs,this was a first time ever dealing with this!!.Sliding door to balcony you cant hardly get open..so hard to open it we had to use doors from master bedroom...

The range was not working properly when we arrived and had issues on and off while we were there, other than that and the sliding door not being easy to open and close the place was excellent. The view was wonderful, it was easy to get in and out of and we all had a wonderful time.

Amazing Room!!

This room is really nice! Overall it was very spacious. Our only complaints were we noticed there was a 110 pound weight limit for the top bunk of the bunk bed, so we didn’t feel comfortable using, which left us short a bed. The washer smelled really bad and is in need of a deep clean. We loved the location! Very close to a lot of shops and dining. The beach was a bit more crowded than we thought it would be. We really liked having our own designated parking spot, and the lot across the street is very close. When we arrived the wifi wasn’t working and they were quick to get it fixed for us. The room with the bunk beds did not have a fan and got really hot. I would suggest bringing a fan. The tv in that room was super small as well. I was also disappointed in the lack of mirrors around the place - definitely bring a mirror! We had 7 adults in the room and the only usable mirrors are in the 2 bathrooms, so we had to get ready in between everyone taking showers and using the restroom. Overall the room was very nice, clean, and everything was updated. Definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind a crowded beach!

Pros and cons

Pros: *Location was awesome. Smaller condo resulted in easy access to elevators, convenient parking, less busy beach and fairly quiet. *Our condo was beautifully decorated and the view was lovely. Cons: *We didn’t receive our check in codes or any information as promised. I had to scramble calling and texting and didn’t hear anything until 1/2 hour after check in time. Very frustrating. *The condo could have been cleaned better. The carpet was fairly dirty and there were fingerprints on the dishes in the cupboards. It wasn’t gross, but didn’t feel as clean as it should. *There were absolutely no cleaning supplies available to use during the week. The vacuum was broken and there wasn’t even any dish cloths to use. We had to use wash cloths from the bathroom. It would have been nice to have some cleaning spray to touch up during the week, and a vacuum to use to get rid of the sand as needed. *Wish there was an extra set of bedding in the bedrooms, or at least sheets. Overall, we really liked this condo. Simply needed to be stocked a little better and it would have been nice to receive better communication ahead of time.

Loved the place!

Loved the Condo! Was clean and homey with lots of space! Beautiful view! We had a late check in because of our flight and our only issue was not realizing we needed a property code to get in and not just the room code. With all the emails received from Everyone, Airlines, VBRO, etc. we missed that one and it was raining when we arrived. Just a little more of the pertinent information before arriving or a phone number to ask someone if we had any issues when we arrived would have been nice. Overall, We loved our stay! Thank you!
