Beautiful 2-Story Townhouse <br>221 Grande Island Blvd

5 minute walk to beach side pool overlooking crystal clear ocean and white sand beaches of Panama City. Our condo is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Pier Park shopping center and other local attractions.

There are 2 designated parking spaces to pull into right outside the front door, so there is no need to hunt for a parking space and haul luggage onto an elevator.

This home away from home comes with all sheets and bath linens provided, washing machine and dryer upstairs , children's beach toys and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We provide a beach cart to help with transporting all of your beach necessities easily back and forth from the beach.

Enjoy the convenience of grilling out on the propane grill on the back deck, and eating dinner under the stars while swinging on the back porch swing. The spacious master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress, ceiling fan and TV. Enjoy relaxing in the master bathroom Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with TV and a private full bathroom. Free WiFi is included.

Amazing place! Very clean and well equiped with everything you need to live a week in PCB! I wouldnt say there is anything that would stop me from staying again. I could suggest maybe replacing some of the beach stuff in the closest where its starting to get old and deteriorating. Also had a hiccup with gate codes but was not a huge problem. Also the walk to the beach is no different than walking from the 4th floor at a resort on the beach (its very small of a walk) We will be booking again next year!

This was our first time stay in a VRBO. We really enjoyed the location of this place. We were there for a baseball tournament so it was close to the ballfield and the condo was so close to the beach.

EVERYTHING, from location, cleanliness, literally everything you need to survive a vacay comfortably in the home, safe area in a true gated community. This place has it all! My family will definitely try to stay in touch with owner to book this year in year out. I could not give 1 complaint because there’s not one.

Beautiful townhome

My family and i stayed 4 days in this gorgeous townhouse. We had all the amenities of home and we were so comfortable. We were a five minute walk to the beach. We had all the toys and boards we needed to have the best tike on the beach too. We were sad to leave but we will definitely be back.

This condo is perfectly located to the pool and the beach. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything that we needed. Absolutely love the swing. Katrina was easy to communicate with. This is our 3rd stay and anticipate future stays.

Beach Vacation

Plenty of room. Great location. Complete set up for a beach vacation. Would highly recommend. I have stayed in many of condos and this by far felt like home more than any. The only negative was the toilets could have been a little cleaner but there was cleaning supplies so I took care of that. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay!

Katrina is great host and very responsive to phone calls and emails! The place is exactly how it is pictured and very clean! The unit is close to the beach access in the community and also to the big pool. It was stocked with more than enough supplies to last you during your stay. The most convenient thing was having enough beach towels provided for you. I have never had that at any other vacation home and it certainly made our vacation easier! I will definitely book this unit again in the future and look forward to coming back with my family.

This condo had everything we needed, from coffee pot to every day items..large pool just steps from our back door and ocean about a ten min. walk... master bedroom had plenty of room not having hot water in that bath room was our only complaint,..we had to use small bath room for every thing ...hope u get that fixed..

This is a great place, It is bigger than it looks in the pictures.Its the nearest property to the beach in this group of townhomes. literally a 5 minute walk. All the pools on the property are extremely warm and comfortable. There is a heated pool and mini golf course on the property too.Its near just about anything you could want to do. The owner was super nice about extending our checkout so our little one could nap. good wifi/Ac is cold. Highly recommend it.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned due to a new house keeper being hired. But even after it was cleaned it looked as though someone lived there because there was quite a bit of food in the cabinets. 3 to4 partial bottles of syrup, spices, coffee pods . I was refunded $80 but I felt it should have been more. The condo was nice but the start of the week ruined what should have been a great vacation.
