Summit Resort is a favorite of many visitors who return every year to enjoy the glistening sand beaches and beautiful emerald waters of Panama City Beach.
King size bed in the bedroom, a set of bunks in the alcove off the hall, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and twin sleeper chair in living room. Due to new local regulations, we are limited to 5 people but we have plenty of sleeping choices!

Kitchen equipped with essentials to cook, kitchen table chairs, bar stools. There is 1 & 1/2 baths. And did we mention the beautiful views!

The Summit Resort is conveniently located to all the attractions THE BEACH has to offer. Parking is in a secured lot with easy access to the elevators. This pool deck is amazing with 2 large pools, one heated in cooler months, Tiki Bar serving all you favorite drinks, hot tub, great kiddie pool area, open lawn area with swings, and tasty snacks and lunch served at Bikini Bob's…all poolside!

There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! It begins at the pool deck tiki bar with your favorite drink and music then wander over to the Grill for tasty food and snacks. The family can spend time at the inside game room with Air Hockey and several virtual arcade games. You won't want to miss the Dive-In Move nights at the pool that feature newly released box office hits. For the adventurer in your group there is parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. Please note: all amenities are controlled by the resort. We do not have any control over them. We try to notify all guests of closures as we find out.

The location is perfect as The Summit Beach Resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Dave and Buster's, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to chose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the open air dining with live music that you can experience up and down the beach nightly. It is so much fun! While many of these open air dining options are very casual there are many fine dining restaurants for you to chose from also. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. Please come and play and relax with us here on BEACH. Please note: Summit is a gated beach resort. There is a mandatory $27 Summit resort fee per reservation for parking and arm bands. This is a resort fee accessed and collected by Summit. Wristbands are to be worn on property at all times.

Panama City Beach has recently adopted several new regulations that resorts, contractors, nor the city can accomplish in the timeframe they provided. This unfortunately has resulted in our pools closing at dusk until the proper approvals can be obtained.
