AQUA RESORT #2001~This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom east corner unit at Aqua Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida can't be beaten! The views and floorplan from this 20th floor (#2001) corner condo near Pier Park are amazing! The spacious layout allows for balconies off of each bedroom and plenty of room for the entire family.

Aqua is one of the premier beach resorts in the area with a close walking proximity to all of the activities at Pier Park!!

Condo Features:
* Dining Room table seats 6 and additional seating for 4 at kitchen bar
* Front loading washer and dryer in laundry closet
* TV's in all bedrooms and living room (All have cable)

*Gulf-Front pool and common areas feature water gardens, tropical landscape, a snack bar, 2 pools, including an indoor/outdoor (heated indoor pool with swim under access), hot tub, lounge chairs in sun and shade.

The condo was nice but there were a few cleaning issues. There was black mold in the showers, a used Zyn packet in the shower, and stains on the furniture. Also the white lace bed skirt was dirty.

LOVE THIS CONDO!!!!!

This was the 2nd time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it. It is beautifully decorated, the location is perfect and love that it comes with beach chair service. Its a 10 out of 10. We will rebook it again and again.

Fantastic Stay with Family!

This condo was fantastic! Lots of room for my family! It was just as pictured. The beach and pools were great. Nice location, It was a short walk to Pier Park and there were some restaurants and shops just across the street. We would totally rent this place again!

Amazing place

Great trip and condo was awesome!

My family and I stayed here for our first time in PCB. We all loved the condo, it was so roomy and open, amazing views and three balconies
we were wowed by it! The building had some construction going on, which was noted before I booked, but we didn’t stay at the condo much anyway, so it didn’t bother us. The beach was amazing and we were walking distance to many restaurants and activities, which was great because there was a lot of traffic during spring break. Overall loved the condo and would stay here again!

Only down fall was parking. Not sure if it was over booked or what but we paid for parking but had trouble finding a spot most of the time! One night no spots were left. Room was beautiful and very clean! second year at Aqua and this room was definitely our favorite so far!

Awesome Beachfront Condo

Our family stayed here a couple of weeks ago. What an awesome property! We are all reminiscing and want to return. The condo provides the most amazing views. It is spacious and decorated well with a real beach vibe. The condo met our needs with three bedrooms and three bathrooms., not to mention three balconies. That provided everyone with adequate privacy. Tonya was so helpful with the booking process and responded back quickly with any inquiries. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay on the beach, close to Pier Park and other attractions, I would recommend booking this property!

Overall Great Experience

Overall the place was beautiful. My only complaint was the “start up” amount of toiletries was barely able to get us through the first day. Also, was not aware that the “start up” amount of toiletries only included two trash bags? It made it difficult to keep the place clean. Property was gorgeous, everything is as it looks in the photos! Beach access was on a beautiful beach and was perfect. Check in and out process was a breeze.

This condo was beautiful, spacious, had a great open layout with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. It was close to the high speed elevators and had easy access to the parking garage. We were always able to find a cart for our groceries and belongings. Aqua is walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. There is a cute boutique style convenience store by the west pool that has ice cream and you can order sandwiches and pizza or pick up anything you might need. This condo complex has one indoor hot tub which could get busy, especially on chilly days. We had a wonderful time and hope to rent this condo again!
