Relax on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee while taking in the refreshing Gulf breeze. With the community's 5000 sq ft swimming pool just across the street and a smaller but quite refreshing pool just a block or two away plus all of the shopping, dining and entertainment in your back yard, this primo townhome location could not be better. Take in the night life at The Big Chill or soak up the sun by either of the two sparkling pools. If you are so inclined

Opportunities to enjoy nature abound in this area. The wide paved bike path that runs along Hwy 30A makes biking one of the most popular forms of transportation here. Bike rentals available in the community. Beach access is just down the road and the dunes and vistas here are some of the prettiest to be found. Ride the community shuttle or hop in your own brand new 6-seater golf cart and zip down the way for a day in the surf and sun. Great long weekend!

Current Affairs is a great place to stay for some beach time. We walked, biked and enjoyed the energy at the Hub while there. The weather was perfect which helped! Would definitely stay here again! Location is awesome!

Great stay for a long weekend!

Easy to get in, great location in a spot for 2 12 year old girls! Golf cart was nice, pools were "ok," Big Chill area was perfect. Maybe upgrade a bed to a king - little small, but I guess that's what I'm used to...Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Stay on 30A!

Do not sleep on this property or hesitate to book your vacation here. The location is ideal, and we had so much fun during our week here! Close access to beaches and great restaurants, super clean property, and overall amazing amenities. Can’t wait to return!

Great property! We go to 30A often but this was our first time staying at The Hub/Big Chill. We loved the convenience of the house and it was so fun to enjoy the Big Chill in the evenings. Very dog friendly and great amenities! Games for our kids and bowls for our dog. They thought of everything!

Clean and convenient! This is an excellent rental for someone who doesn’t think the beat up beach property is acceptable! It was very clean. No marks on the walls and staircases. Loved the stay, the only recommendation would be a light or reflective strip on the bottom step, it blends with the bottom landing 2 of us almost fell and one of us did. The other would be basic ev cart instructions with hours the battery last etc.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

Very Clean, Brand New Property, Close to Restaurants

Condo was as described, new construction and well appointed. Big Chill shops and dining options are right out the front door. Golf Cart was very nice and convenient. The music venue went to 10:45pm the Friday night we were there, not a bother for us but maybe would be for infants. Deer Lake state park if very close by and a great beach access spot.

This condo is as it appears in pictures. Great spot for families with easy walk to restaurants and access to the beach. Had trouble with checking in because of a battery issue than took some time for a work around but was never solved during our stay. Emailed the company or manager to ask a question about location of pool still no response days after our stay

Beautiful townhouse in a nice area!

Our family had a great vacation! The property is beautiful with very nice finishings. The Owners clearly put a lot of thought into the items put into the property and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood has shops, restaurants and bars right across the street, and there are also two pools onsite - a smaller one a couple blocks away and a larger one across 30A. The golf cart was a huge bonus and really made trips to the beach easy and fun. Our kids loved the dune lakes and the beach at the Eastern Lake beach access and we spent a lot of our time there. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Enjoyed!

Property was very nice and clean. We had no issues checking in when we arrived. The golf cart was a bonus to have and we rode around to the nearest beaches in it. Access to the beaches could be better. Their beach signage is quite small and the lack of info where to park was disappointing but overall they were nice. This week when we stayed there was an overage of the dune lakes to the beach so the water was brown so we drove to Miramar and Destin beaches for the beautiful clear water and it was worth the drive. One complaint we have is the bar next to the home was quite loud and it closes at 11pm. Other than that we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay.

Nice location on 30a

Great location on 30a, behind the Big Chill. Very nice property, clean and the perfect size for our family of 3. 2nd story unit. We walked to dinner and ice cream and coffee was only a few steps away. This unit has a tankless water system, and we couldn't figure out how to get warm water in either shower. The property managers were very receptive and quick to respond. They tried to walk us through the process. We just couldn't get it to work. Didn't ruin the trip, though. We'll be back next month.

Wonderful Home

The home was wonderful! Everything was clean and the kitchen had wonderful appliances. We were very happy with our lodging. Our only complaint was the nightly music/noise from the cigar bar. Thankfully it ends at 10.
