House was very well appointed and really nice. Location is fabulous!Suggestions for improvements- provide a laminated list inside the house of details for golf cart key, how to unlock back slider door etc. It would help cut down on phone calls after check in. Internet router was a challenge- had to reboot everyday. Master bed mattress needs replacing- it has lost its form All in all a fantastic house

We had a great time but the the home didn’t meet our expectations. All rooms on second floor are small except for master. They have zero walking space AND NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR CLOTHES. NO DRESSERS! DOOR HANDLES DONT WORK IN ONE CAUSING A FAMILY MEMBER TO BE UNABLE TO OPEN DOOR ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. BOTTOM SLIDING DOOR AT POOL AREA DOES EVEN LOCK WHICH HAVE A SENSE OF INSECURITY AT NIGHT. OH MY GOSH AND THE WATER CLOSET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM IS HORRIBLE. SOOOOO SMALL YOU CAN BARELY CLOSE THE DOOR. THE MATTRESS IN MASTER HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS!

Upstairs door handles are broken and close the doors, the windows were so dirty you can’t see out of them. When it comes to location yes it’s in a gated neighborhood, but be aware this is NOT a private beach! After check in we wanted to go down to the beach and quickly realized there was not 1 inch of space to set up chairs or have any room there where so many people. 2 days into our trip it was a double red flag so we had not even 5 minutes in n the beach in a week. We actually left and went to another beach. We absolutely hands down the worst beach front house experience we have ever had and will not be booking another rental from this company. do you select a favor and stay away from this rent. We are actually looking forward to checking out and going home tomorrow!!
