Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 SEE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach Gate access is currently available at Tower 1 beach gate. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.
There are two beach chairs included in the rental from March 01 through October 31, 2026. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted in the condo.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed in the pool areas. The City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access from 10p.m. to 6 a.m. daily during the month of March.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. GUESTS ARE ENTITLED TO UP TO TWO CAR PASSES FOR A TWO BEDROOM CONDO. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. THIS EMAIL IS SENT TO THE ADDRESS THE GUEST USES WHEN THEY BOOK THE CONDO.

Located on the 12th floor condo of Tower 3, this condo is perfect for a couple that likes a little extra space, two couples on a get-away weekend, or a family vacation. The condo has been newly painted, with new carpet in the bedrooms, new living room and dining room furniture in Fall of 2022. The condo features beautiful coastal decor throughout.

The condo features an open-concept floorplan with floor to ceiling windows in all living and bedroom areas. The condo has new plank tile flooring in the kitchen, living room and dining areas. There is balcony access from the living room area and each bedroom.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, floor to ceiling windows with spectacular gulf views, a private bath that includes newly tiled bath and new walk-in shower and a 32 inch flat screen. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, the same amazing views, a large garden tub/shower combination with new tile flooring and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious gulf front balcony. The sleeper sofa brings the sleeping capacity of this condo to 8 persons.

There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen area behind the louvered door.

The full size kitchen is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Everyone can relax at the end of the day to talk about a great time at the beach, or watch a movie on the new 39 inch flat screen TV.

Speaking of relaxing at the end of the day, the large balcony is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. The outdoor furniture offers seating for six and features dining table with seating for four and two glider chairs with an accent table.

Dine in or out. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance, or just a short drive away.

The condo has bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish towels and dish cloths. Guest must bring their own beach towels. There are basic start-up supplies in the condo (one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bath room and one trash bag in each trash can). Guests need to bring additional supplies, laundry detergent and personal toiletry items.

There are charcoal grills located at the East Side of Tower 1 and the West Side of Tower 4.

At Barefoot Beach Rentals we make booking and check in hassle free. All you have to do is arrive, unpack, relax, and 'go barefoot' on the beach.

This is a non smoking condo, and pets are not allowed. The responsible renter must be 25 years of age and must occupy the condo for the entire duration of the rental stay.
