Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Beach access is currently open at Tower 1 beach gate. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 01-October 31, 2026. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted in the condo.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas. The City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access during March from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.

This spectacular 2-bedroom condo is located at the Long Beach Resort in Tower 4 on the 13th floor. Parking is in front of the tower.

This condo has key-less entry. The requested number of car passes will be in the condo on the date of check in. Guests are email the door code prior to their stay. The door code is emailed to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (6) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

The primary suite has a king sized bed, balcony access and adjacent bath with dual sinks and a spa-like walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, balcony access and a full sized bath with garden tub/shower combination.

Long Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within walking distance, or a short drive away. The property has two seasonally heated swimming pools and a large lagoon pool complete with islands and waterfalls. There is a hot tub adjacent to each pool. The Lagoon Pool is located between towers 2 and 3. The heated Polynesian Pools are located between towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

Long Beach can honestly boast about one of the widest beach expanses of any resort around. You will never feel crowded on our beach.
