Cloud Nine is a 2900 sf home located in the South Walton 30A community of Seacrest Beach, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We provide access to our deeded community walkover and beach at Seacrest Beach, and our gorgeous 12,000 sf resort lagoon pool. From Cloud Nine, the boutique shopping and artisan restaurants of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are a 10-15 minute stroll through our palm-lined streets!
We constructed Cloud Nine in 2016 to bring our extended family together at the beach. Cloud Nine comfortably accommodates multiple families with two indoor living areas and five separate porches! Situated on a corner lot, we have plenty of parking for vehicles. The third-floor outdoor kitchen and dining/living space are amongst the largest in Seacrest Beach at 550 sq. ft., with a beautiful view down palm-lined Seacrest Beach Boulevard. Cloud Nine is owner managed - and we strive to make each guests' stay special - so everyone can experience the magic of the area we love so much! Cloud Nine is a professionally decorated, three-story home perfect for an extended family rental. It sleeps and feeds 16 comfortably. With a first-floor living room, third-floor recreation room, and the third-floor outdoor living area, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Large flat screen 4K UHD wall-mounted TVs are in the living room, recreation room, and third-floor outdoor living area. All five bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted 32â HD Smart TVs.
The fully equipped kitchen features sequoia quartzite counters. Stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances include an oversized French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, down-draft gas range, built-in microwave, and a 50 lb./day icemaker to get the coolers ready for the beach! Table linens, dishes, utensils, and glassware for 16 are provided. The dining room table seats 8, with room for 4 at the island, and 4 more on the front porch. If you are looking to seat all 16 guests, head to the beautiful 3rd-floor deck, where you'll be able to enjoy dinner for 16 at one table! Of course, all of the small appliances needed are provided as well: a 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, mixer, crock pot, and heavy duty blender!
A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the first-floor laundry closet. The rear entry of the home (closest to the pool and beach), features a cubbie storage area for your beach bags and shoes. We have provided 8 beach towels for your use. In the outdoor storage, you will find a wagon, a small cooler, beach toys, six beach chairs, and an umbrella. The outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the outdoor storage to rinse the sand off of everything, and everyone.
The first of five bedrooms is located at the front of the house, across the foyer from the powder room. This bedroom features a custom queen bed, walk-in closet, and on-suite bathroom that is user-friendly for the mobility impaired. The walk-in shower features a Delta massage shower head and a separate hand-held shower.
You will find three bedrooms on the second floor, all arranged for maximum privacy. At the top of the stairs, the bunk room is straight ahead. It features two sets of custom-built twin-over-full bunk beds to sleep six. There are four under-bed storage areas and a chest of drawers for clothing.
Down the hall to the left is a beautiful queen bedroom with a seating area, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor wrap-around porch. This bedroom is a serene, light-filled nautical hideaway. There is a pack n' play available in this room as well for the wee-ones.
As you come up the stairs on the second floor, there is a common bath that serves the bunk room and second-floor queen bedroom. This spacious bath features a tub/shower combo perfect for bathing the little ones. The vanity features two sinks and ample under-counter storage.
At the end of the hall on the second floor is the primary bedroom. This oasis features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, ample seating area, luxurious master bath, and access to the second-floor wrap-around porch. Make a fresh cup of coffee in the Keurig located on the second-floor stair landing and sneak onto the porch to watch the sunrise! The primary bath features a Carrera marble walk-in shower with a Delta massage shower head and hand-held shower as well. The Cambria vanity features two vessel sinks, and the deep soaking tub is perfect for unwinding after playing with the kids on the beach all day.
Moving to the third floor, you will find the fifth bedroom. It has two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a Juliet balcony with beautiful views of the nature preserve behind Seacrest Beach.
The fourth full bath is located on the third floor. This bath has a large walk-in shower with cabana stripe tile, and a beautiful dual sink shadow storm quartz vanity.
The recreation room on the third floor features a custom sectional and two ottomans with a 50â 4K UHD flat-screen TV. An Xbox 360 is available for gaming. We have a Keurig in the rec room, so those sleeping on the third floor can enjoy their morning coffee on the third-floor outdoor living area. There is also a beverage fridge in the rec room for the later-in-the-day drinks!
The spacious outdoor kitchen and dining/living area are one of the largest in Seacrest Beach. The kitchen area has a natural gas grill, sink, and storage for grilling utensils and towels. Please note, no other grills or fire-pits are allowed on the premises. There is a second set of outdoor table linens, dishes, drinkware, and utensils stored in the rec room cabinets. The dining table seats 16! Perfect for large family gatherings at the end of the day. The living area is anchored by a custom sectional with ample seating and a 55â 4K UHD TV.
Seacrest Beach is a pedestrian and bicycle paradise. The community also provides a complimentary tram service to and from the beach access from March through October. Simply call the tram number and wait at the corner just off our front porch for a fun filled quick ride to the beach access. For the safety of all, rental golf carts or LSVs are no longer permitted in Seacrest Beach.
Cloud Nine is only two blocks from the resort-style 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Complete with waterfalls, fountains, and two bathhouses, this is the largest pool in northern Florida. While enjoying the pool, order drinks and food from the Seacrest Cafe on-site. A true resort experience! In addition to the amazing pool and sugar-sand beach, the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach, and the Villages of South Walton are a short walk away. You can rent bikes, shop, grab a cup of coffee, or an afternoon cocktail, and get ice cream for the kids. You will want to be sure to visit Charlieâs Donut in nearby Alys Beach at least one morning. Get there early, as the gourmet donuts sell out quickly! The kids always enjoy a trip or two to the Sugar Shack for candy as well. Seacrest Sundries is a quaint general store and cafĂ© that has just about anything you need in a pinch. There are multiple award-winning restaurants within walking distance, including LaCo Coastal Latin, La Crema Tapas & Chocolat, and the Cowgirl Kitchen. During spring and summer evenings, the Villages of South Walton feature live outdoor entertainment.

The minimum age to rent is 25, picture ID required. The renter must stay in the house with guests for the full rental.
Check-in time is 5 pm, and check-out time is 9 am. Due to cleaning and inspection schedules, early check-in and/or luggage drop-off are not available.
HOA strictly enforces quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
Video security cameras protect the first-floor exterior entrances.
