This condo is ideal in so many ways! I have been vacationing all around 30A for almost 20 years but never to the Rosemary beach area. I loved the walkability of this condo. Across the street, you can find several eateries, ice cream, music, bike rentals and a small grocery store. You can easily walk to Rosemary and enjoy the Sunday Farmerâs Market, many restaurants and cute stores. You can also easily walk or bike to Alys for more great restaurants and shops. The beach itself is pristine. If you have trouble walking or trouble doing a lot of steps, there is zig zag pathway that you can easily walk to get to the beach. When I book a place, I look for a covered large balcony with seating and a table for games. The balcony here is perfect! Even when it rained hard one day, no water got onto the floor. The condo is immaculate and has amble storage space. The main bathroom has so much room for all your clothes and even has ample hangers! I am an avid cook but did not cook on this trip but checked out the kitchen and it has everything you need to prepare a mealâŠeven very sharp knives. The host was wonderful and answered my questions almost immediately. She went out of her way to write up more info about restaurants and coffee shops. Nothing went sideways on our trip but I know she would have fixed anything immediately. My favorite meal was brunch at The CitizenâŠget the Beach Pie! I will rent this condo again. Our stay was in May and the weather was great! Not crowded.
