The condo was decent. Pricey for what we received. The condition, cleanliness, convenience of the rest of the property makes me not want to go back. Not enough elevators in operation, so it seemed like a large amount of our time was waiting on elevators. It seemed as if no one ever emptied trash cans, so they were always full. Cop vehicles came to the beach every night around sun down and ran sirens on and off to stop fighting. Would have thought for 6-7k it would have been way more upscale.

Kelly is amazing and has a very nice condo. Her communication is on point and the view is incredible from the spacious balcony. We highly recommend this property.

Not a good experience

We wanted a view and we paid for it that’s for sure. It is not okay to charge this kind of money and have people sleep on those work out beds. The beds were so incredibly uncomfortable by the second night I was ready to stay somewhere else. We actually left a day early and got a room somewhere else because none of us had slept because of the beds. My mother who stayed in a separate room said her bed was like sleeping on a board. The check in is way too late (6:00pm) and check out is at 10:00am. You basically have to pay for a day you don’t even get to use the property. Heads up, you will get an email before you get there but go buy toilet paper because your going to need it. Our feet were all black from walking in the condo on day one. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I feel like we spent way too much on this property. It’s not worth what we paid at all. Highly disappointed with everything besides the balcony view, pool, and beach access.

Parking garage a mess numbers not in order took forever to get in and out being on 10th floor. West side is much better. 2 elevators which made it impossible for all 5 to be in one long waits. The room was nice nothing was there. Not even a small bottle of shampoo. Needs keurig. Finding the condo once in garage was terrible no signs. I would not stay here ever again. Tropic winds was much nicer for a 1/4 of the price

Horrible location great unit.

This was undoubtedly the worst stay we ever had in PCB. If you care about your vehicle drive a rental to this place because the parking garage is a complete disaster and is a free for all , my brand new 80k truck was keyed just to be keyed. Not even mentioned in the description was the fact that if you have a taller truck or van you WILL not fit above the first floor. This is NOT a family environment at all due to the non stop drug use and ratchet behavior from the 90% party people that stay here. Then of course there is the child that was killed and one injured a few weeks ago in front of the property. The police have to set up a mobile command station just outside in attempts to keep people safe , this is closer to Chicago than PCB.

Amazing Views, Spacious, Great for Family

This place was amazing. When you walk in you get a true beach vibe. The living room looks out in to the oceans and the views from the wrap around balcony are awesome. We sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise and the sunset and it’s just cathartic. Perfect for working, reading or morning coffee. Our group had two seniors, 1 adult and a 4 year old and everybody was able to enjoy the space. Nice big table for meals, games and socializing but ample space to enjoy some alone time. Walk next door to Pineapple Willys (it’s yummy) or enjoy a margarita poolside. The hosts reached out shortly after check-in to make sure everything was to our liking. If you have a group that is looking for close proximity to everything, amazing views of the ocean and lots of space to move around, this place is for you.

The place was clean, what we appreciated the most is how the owner was quick with response to anything. We loved the location and VEIW next to nothing that we had stayed at before! Will definitely will stay again when we go to pcb!

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The owner and the property manager were both excellent with communication. Our only complaint, and obviously this is out of the owners control, is the elevator situation. There are 3 banks of elevators, 6 elevators for a huge building. very poor planning on the part of the architect. No service elevator, so cleaning companies using the same elevator, with their cards taking up the space people would use.. Elevator is not air-conditioned, so very hot. Elevator sometimes broken and out of service. Excessively long waits, sometimes 20 and 25 minutes to get an elevator. But other than the elevators, extremely satisfied. Highly recommended!
