Overpriced compared to previous Edgewater stays

There was definitely a lack of communication regarding different things. One thing is the pictures and description listed only a traditional coffee maker and not a keurig, so my family prepared by buying coffee filters and coffee. Upon arrival there was only a keurig, so them we had to purchase pods to have coffee. Another inconvenience was the property of Tower 3 was having construction / work done on the trash shoot and the firesprinkler system. It was very loud especially with a baby trying to take naps. There was no prior notice of this work. We've stayed in better units at Edgewater in previous years for less money and smooth communication.

Spring Break with the Family

We loved our stay at Edgewater. It was very clean (even the appliances looked brand new), and the decor was very tasteful. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We had an amazing view from the balcony. We saw beautiful sunsets and even saw dolphins several times. I must've seen an older photo showing a drip coffeemaker but there was a Keurig there when we arrived. So we had to make a run to WM down the street to make sure we had k-cups ready for the next morning. It's in a great location where it was an easy drive to most places. We were worried it would be crazy with Spring Break, but our week was very enjoyable and not overcrowded. Tower III had the only working hot tub and a heated pool which our kids really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again if we visit PCB again. Thank you for a lovely place to stay for our family getaway!

Perfect for families

The layout was perfect for our large family. The location on the property was great! The floors were dirty when we arrived, but the rest of the unit was clean. We will definitely stay here again!
