-Our family has enjoyed this wonderful resort since 2015 and we'd love to share it with you and your family! This large condo sleeps 8, comes with a fully stocked kitchen, King size bed in master with gorgeous ocean view, large soaker tub and walk in shower in master, double queens in second bedroom, pull-out sofa, and bunks. Beautifully appointed with spacious balcony.
All booking guests must register through the guest registration link that will be sent to you once booked, this fee is $25.00 and must be done prior to arrival. this will also get you 2 parking passes


-Emerald Beach resort is the perfect location! Only 1 mile from the popular Pier Park, shopping, and grocery. Walkable to several great restaurants, arcade, and mini golf. Family favorites include Runaway Island, Sharkie's, and Hang 5.

-On-site you'll find a Starbucks, gift shop, Tiki bar, Beautiful Sky Bar, snack shop, games for the kids, fitness center, and 3 large pools with hot tubs!

- LOCATION: Room is on 7th floor with fantastic view of the beach, next to beach access elevator and back door to lobby to access the SkyBridge right over to your car.

-Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys in condo for your enjoyment!

NOTE: June/July requires a Saturday check-in and check-out.

-Minimum check-in Age is 25

Fantastic Condo!

We rented this condo for our annual family girls trip and were so happy! The 7th story condo is on the beach, the property has great amenitities and is walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We absokutely loved our stay here. The condo was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The conmunication could not have been better. We would love to stay here again!ofrerestaurants.

What an amazing stay. My family has been coming to PCB for the last 25yrs for SB. We have stayed at Emerald Beach Resorts for 10yrs. This honestly, was our favorite condo thus far. Everything was up to date, chic and stocked. My kids enjoyed the waffle maker, board games and keurig. I appreciated the up to date decor and the comfy beds. I truly have not one negative thing to say. The host was attentive and responses to questions, answers were quick and kind. We will be back. Thank you for making my families PCB stay, the best one yet.

First family vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for vacation. It was very inviting and felt like a home away from home. The view was amazing for the sunset and just watching the ocean. The kids wanted to move right in as they all loved it. If we plan another visit to the area we will be trying to book here again.

Wonderful stay!

This is our 4th time staying at Emerald Beach and this is our favorite unit! Spacious, clean, well decorated, well stocked kitchen, great balcony with some really nice balcony furniture. Check in was super easy & parking was never an issue. Emerald Beach is in a great location. Nice snack bar with really friendly staff in the walk-over. Both pizza & ice cream were tasty. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and Pier Park was a short 20 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Great Place To Stay!

We would highly recommend this property! Very nice, clean and a great location right on the beach. We loved the spacious balcony. Photos shown in the listing are very accurate. Great communication before, during and after our stay. We had difficulty with the door code not working on the 2nd day and Scotty got back to us within a few minutes with a solution to the issue. We give this property an A+ and would highly recommend it.

Great location, very nice condo. But Read about lock.

We enjoyed using this condo. There are 4 comfortable chairs on the balcony, and a long couch and reclining love seat in the living room. Just what we needed. The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were helpful to our family arrangement. Lots of storage in the 1st bedroom, closet and bath. There isn’t an ice maker, but that wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us. Only one real problem. Our door lock had quit working when we got home from eating out at 10 PM. Could not contact our host. Didn’t hear from him for several days. After 3 hours of being locked out, our son in law held in the tiny dot beside the unlock dot, for 5 seconds and it apparently reset the lock. We had pressed it before, but it has to be hold for 5 seconds. The host may have added this info to his page. Other than that, we had a great time.

Fantastic place, great layout with beautiful views. Was able to enjoy time on the beach and cook meals in the place to spend as much time as possible on the ocean. Owner was great and super at communicating info. Highly recommend!
