The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all tile. Unit is 1146 square foot with a 247 square foot balcony. Furnishings are beautiful to enhance your vacation experience. Living room and bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with Gas BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit and resort .

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

Condo had pretty everything you needed for a week long stay. Would recommend a new couch and recliner though. Beds were comfortable, deck was huge and furniture on deck was excellent.

New Years get away!!

The property was exactly as it shows on VRBO! It was perfect for our family trip! The temperature was in the 70s so you couldnt have asked for a better New Year celebration!! Willbe back in the summer, thank you for a great time!!

Great place for a beach vacation

This was a very nice condo, very spacious and the two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom was great. That allowed my parents to join us for part of the vacation. Overall great property, we highly suggest checking it out.
