Summit Resort is a favorite of many visitors who return every year to enjoy the glistening sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. We are making this unit a dream for people wanting to escape to the BEACH! Come and enjoy the spectacular view from the balcony and interior of the condo. Condo is equipped with a full kitchen and 1 & 1/2 baths. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a set of bunks in the alcove off the hall and sleeper love seat and has a very nicefold up bed so it sleeps 7 comfortably. Please allow us to have the pleasure of sharing this slice of beachfront paradise with you!

The Summit Resort is conveniently located to all the attractions THE BEACH has to offer. Parking is in a secured lot with easy access to the elevators. This pool deck is amazing with 2 large pools, one heated in cooler months, Tiki Bar serving all your favorite drinks, hot tub, great kiddie pool area, open lawn with swings to sit in along the beach, and tasty snacks and lunch served at Bob's Grill…all poolside!
What's new at The Summit Resort? Many wonderful and well-planned upgrades and improvements have taken place! All four elevators have been replaced, the pool decking has been resurfaced as well as upgrades to the outdoor shower area. You will be happy to know the sauna area has been updated as well as many improvements to the grounds. There is security at the waterfront entrance to the pool area to assure the seating on the pool deck is used by guests only. Very importantly, The Summit Resort is committed to maintaining high speed internet and that has been updated again in 2023. COME AND ENJOY!

There are so many amenities on the property that you could chose to never leave the site! It begins at the pool deck tiki bar with your favorite drink and music then wander over to the grill. For the adventurer in your group there is parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. Summit Resort has a very nice exercise facility for your enjoyment. The location is perfect as The Summit Beach Resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Dave and Buster's, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to choose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group, you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the open air dining with live music that you can experience up and down the beach nightly. It is so much fun! While many of these open air dining options are very casual there are many fine dining restaurants for you to chose from also. Day time activities are abundant on the beach and the night life and dancing are limitless also. Please come and play and relax with us here on BEACH. Best Accommodations in PCB!

I usually avoid PCB because so many of the condos look nice in pictures, but upon arrival I’ve found them to be dirty or have old, uncomfortable furniture, sometimes both! Imagine my surprise finding this gem located in the Summit, next to the old Club La Vela, of all places! “Beach Life” is clean with nice furniture and appears to be newly renovated. I love the view from the balcony and the location close to the elevator. The entire facility is amazing and extremely safe.

Mommy/Daughter Trip

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay! The complex is huge so the elevators were an issue on check in day, but once everyone got settled in it wasn’t bad at all. There are two main elevators by the office but there is also single elevators on each end. The condo is in an older complex, but it was neat, clean and updated nicely. It was all we needed for our trip. We hope to visit again soon!

Balcony views superb

The stay was great and everything was so close thats why the 5 star rating but missing some necessities in the kitchen. No can opener no type of storage bowls with lids so just remember to bring ur own. Loved the beach service that was a def plus. Would definitely stay again.

Summit #916 Vacay

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was nicely furnished and very clean. My only negative was that the AC was set at 72 degrees and you could not adjust the thermostat setting. We were so cold that we had to wear our sweatpants and jackets while inside the condo. We also could have used a couple more blankets for sleeping. There was only one blanket provided.

The summit

I want to start by saying that the property itself needs to be updated. You can tell this particular property has a lot of teenager/early 20’s that stay there. The condo itself needs some work. When we arrived the condo was not clean the way one expects. There was hair in the fridge, bath tub, and sink. I contacted the manager and they sent the head cleaner to check… upon arrival and showing him the areas that were not clean..he said “it shouldn’t be dirty no one has been in it in a few days.” Letting me know it was in fact not cleaned properly. There was an outlet as well that has a cover coming off that exposes wire. I had to block the area to make sure my son didn’t touch it. The elevators are awful. New elevators and they broke down daily. This was our first time at The Summit and we learned our lesson. I have pictures of all stated above.

Great place to relax

Single mom with two adult kids (18) and was a bit nervous traveling for first time alone. This summit was a great place. I felt safe the whole time and the kids had fun. I enjoyed the the great view from the balcony. The weather in May was amazing. Would recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

Loved the condo! It was very clean. Property had an elevator out the entire weekend so wait times were long. Also check in email said less than 20 dollars for armbands and parking pass. Upon check in I was informed that it was actually 20 dollars per car.

Great experience

This was a wonderful unit! The managers were super communicative and we were able to check in early. The unit was well equipped. The king wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. It definitely didn't hinder the stay. My son enjoyed the bunk bed. Sunsets from the balcony were very enjoyable! And the pool and amenities were great too! We were very pleased with our stay.

One of the Best!!!!!!

This condo was amazing A++++ for cleanliness, all items needed in the condo, view, communication, etc. I have been coming to PCB for years and this has to be by far the nicest place I have stayed. The condo did not smell musty or feel wet due to the dehumidifier in the room. This was awesome!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone!!!

Will definitely stay in 916 again.

Everything from start from finish was exactly as described in description. Easy check in. They pictures of Unit 916 were accurate. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. But we ate most of our meals at Bikini Bob's onsite. The tiki bar had the best Pina colada. Will definitely stay here again.
