Your vacation of a lifetime... UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS, located on a quiet stretch of pristine white sand beach on 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach West. Away from the crowds and still centrally located. Enjoy great restaurants and shopping within walking distance or hop on the bike trail and ride for miles along the beach and over the bridges of the unique estuary lakes.

The townhome is on a dead end street overlooking a quiet oceanfront reserve and just steps away from the beach access. NO BUSY STREETS TO CROSS, QUIET BEACH, NO TRAFFIC NOISE, AND A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY. These are a few of the many reasons we chose this property for our family. We are located just blocks away from Rosemary beach.

***The one story home in our photos across the street from us has been torn down and the property is currently under construction as of January 2023. I will add new photos when the house is completed.

The townhouse has ultimate views of the gulf to set the tone for a perfect vacation. Renovated and professionally decorated with NEW bedding, linens, towels, mattresses and furniture. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, tile throughout, granite in the bathrooms and ceiling fans creating an environment of luxury and comfort. The third level master has a private bath and huge sitting area with a private deck. The second level features the queen bedroom and bunkroom and a shared bath. The second level has private covered deck with an additional hallway access so no thru traffic in the bedrooms! The first floor features the living, dining, kitchen, laundry and full bath.1st, 2nd or 3rd level large decks are the perfect spots to enjoy morning coffee/tea and beautiful sunrises as well as an afternoon beverage, prepare to be mesmerized by sensational sunsets.
Enjoy the 60'' HDTV/DVD in the living area, 32' flat panel HDTV/DVD combo's in both 2nd floor bedrooms as well as a 50" HDTV in the master sitting area.
This is a place you won't want to leave and will want to return to again and again!!

Our home is also protected by exterior security cameras.

We travelled with our sons and the location right by the beach is unbeatable!! It was great to wake up to the sound of the waves and go straight to a perfect beach which was not crowded at all. We just finished our stay and it was.amazing! First, you can’t be the location. Literally, a 1 min walk to the beach and your there! We had a great family vacation at a fabulous location! We were directly across from beach access. My grown children went back in time sleeping in the bunk room and had a ball. We had an issue with the septic pump but Tracy responded quickly to get it resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO ever!

We have done quite a few beach vacation rentals over the years, this was by far the best! Everything was comfy, clean, and cute! The place was sparkling clean, had beach chairs and bikes to use, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to get into contact with. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and gave some wonderful local recommendations. The water and sand here are absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is less crowded than some other areas. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home right across the road from a wonderful beach area! Tracy is a wonderful and super friendly host that goes out of her way to make your stay memorable. We highly recommend this rental for the location as well. It’s walking and biking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the 30A area. we brought our 3 teens to the beach after a volleyball tournament in Orlando for some relaxation. The house has amazing views and very easy access to the beach. The construction is pretty constant 7am-6pm so it’s nice that the place has AC to keep it quiet inside. This stretch of beach is so perfect if you don’t like the crowds of 30A beaches but can still access all the shops and restaurants by car. We borrowed some beach chairs from the outdoor closet and someone had left some beach towels that we really appreciated. Would love to stay here again.

I hate to give away our new favorite spot, but I appreciate the owners and the property too much to keep it to ourselves. From the amenities to the location, we loved everything about our stay. I didn't need for anything in the overstocked kitchen, the beds and towels are beyond comfortable, and we found great joy in being able to pop back and forth from the beach whenever. Location, location, location! Don't miss out on walking down to Camp Helen State Park to experience the magic of dune lakes. We've been visiting 30A for over 30 years. We will definitely be booking here again.
