This spacious 3rd floor condominium in Long Beach Resort Tower III is perfect for your beach getaway. Long Beach is a gated resort located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.

There is no better floorplan in all of PCB! This updated condominium offers over 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also gulf front and offers guests 2 Queen size beds, a flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Perfect Place

The property was one the cleanest we’ve been to. The location is perfect, with the sound and sight of the ocean right outside! The balcony was wonderful to have. The dryer had a belt come loose, so we had to contact property management. They were there almost immediately and had the issue fixed the same day. We will stay there again!

I’ve stayed in tower 1 before and that was beautiful also but tower 3 is more of a family feel. Southern vacation rentals really took care of us when we needed it and fixed any issues immediately. The condo itself is gorgeous, amazing view on the 3rd floor, beachy/homey feel inside, great area to cook, and huge balcony.

Each room had a beautiful view of the gulf that grabbed our attention right away. The condo was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances that we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms were large and each had a wonderful soaking tub as well as vanities with lots of storage . The staff we met were very friendly and kept the grounds and building very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub on the property. We found the location of this condo to be very close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and attractions. Most were within walking distance! We are looking forward to returning someday to make more memories !

The decor was nice, beds were comfortable, and it had everything you need in the kitchen. The two outdoor rugs on balcony should just be thrown away...they were gross! The indoor rug wasn't clean either. We had some issues with the thermostat, but Southern Coast Vacation Rentals got back to us quickly. The air didn't flow very well in the bedroom with double beds, it was very warm in that room all week...even with curtains closed and fans blowing. We were never able to open the curtains and enjoy the view in that room. If you plan to do laundry, the dryer took a very long time to dry. Overall, it was a nice stay and conveniently located close to the big pool..which is a plus!
