**This property comes with FREE Beach Service which includes 2 beach loungers & umbrella (March 15 - October 15) located directly behind the condominium complex on the beach!**

If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This lovely Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has a King bed, its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Awesome Stay

Our 14th August visit

Overall, the property had everything that we needed for our stay. We would consider this property again in the future and will soon start planning for our 15th trip next summer. We will be rooting for slightly cooler Temperatures next summer. 95 plus with the heat index in the 110-range everyday was our hottest visit ever to PCB. Great views. Great space, Great time.

Nice location, needs more thorough cleaning

The good: the view from the property was incredible. I loved that there wasn't a giant parking garage. Just parking under and to the side of the building. The beds were comfortable and I heard no complaints from those on the couch. The kitchen had a nice array of pots and pans to use and the fridge was adequate. The property manager was always fast to reply when I had questions before the trip and during. Check-in was a breeze. The bad: We had some issues with the door not closing properly and the adjoining windows to the door, that are immobile, being open as well. A maintenance man came and temporarily fixed the door, but it went bad again the next day. The showers were clean, but some of the chairs were not. The pantry looked nasty inside and I didn't want to use it.

Wonderful location and views but had to give overall 3 stars due to issues such as cleanliness, elevator issues(two days of extreme stair-climbing), and the fact that the sliding doors to balcony from guest bedroom would barely close and lock and the sliding door in living area has NO lock allowing children to open. Major safety issue!

Quiet Beach Getaway

The view from the condo is second to none, and we enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was easy, communication with the host was prompt, and the location of the condo on the quieter, west end of Panama City was perfect. We will stay here next time we’re in the area!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family had a great time on this Vacation, the Condo was very clean, and well furnished. We particularly enjoyed the location on the west side of PCB. It was a lot less crowed than other areas, and has easy access to Grocery and Retail stores. My kids particularly enjoyed that there is an Ice cream shop directly across the street. Highly Recomended!

Great view, lots of room!

The photos and description were accurate. Lots of windows and light. Tons of storage space. Directly on beach - amazing views and very convenient access. The condo was quiet and very clean. There was never a wait for the elevator and a parking spot was always available. It was fully stocked with dishes and small appliances. There was enough dish detergent, laundry soap, etc to get us through the week. We needed to add our own toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap during the week. And we brought our own beach towels. We needed to contact Courtney for a minor issue and she returned our call the following day. Overall, a great place and location and would highly recommend.
