GUEST ACCESS

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Entry is self-service via smart lock — your code works the moment check-in opens, no coordinating a meet-up or waiting around.

The whole house is yours — both floors, the pool, and the yard — with two small exceptions: the attic storage space upstairs and one bedroom closet downstairs stay locked for owner storage.

PARKING

The private driveway fits 3-4 vehicles most of the time, no permits or shuffling required. Street parking isn't available in this neighborhood, so plan to park on-site. If you're renting the golf cart, it parks right in the driveway too — no separate spot needed.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM, 12 guests max. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM — this is a Bay County ordinance, not just a house preference, so please help us stay in good standing with the neighbors.

Dogs are welcome, up to two, for a $150 pet fee (please add them at booking — undisclosed pets are $200 each after check-in). We take pool safety seriously: there's no lifeguard on duty, so please supervise kids at all times; basic pool safety equipment is on hand nearby.

There's one exterior security camera, covering the driveway only — please don't disable or cover it during your stay.
