Luxury abounds in our 1200 square foot corner unit on the tenth floor. An awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of Panama City Beach right from your living room windows. Hear the break of each wave from your living room balcony and catch the show put on by dolphins. This professionally decorated condo has a West Indies feel allowing you to fully enjoy your beach getaway. But even the beautiful décor cannot compete with the views you will enjoy from the balcony and windows.

The fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will make preparing your meals easy AND fun. All you need to whip up snacks for the beach, or a gourmet dining extravaganza is there for your use. There’s a coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, and all baking and cooking utensils you will need. A dining room table makes it easy to relax and linger over a fine meal. Or you can eat quickly at the Kitchen counter with bar stools.

The Master Suite is designed with comfort in mind. A dramatic King sized bed with Premium Quality Mattress envelopes you at the end of the day for a wonderful night’s sleep. All our furniture is high quality and a fully appointed bathroom with tub allows you to escape from the pressures of vacationing if you need to! A Flat screen TV and DVD player are there to further enhance your relaxing getaway. Blackout curtains let you sleep uninterrupted. You let in the Glorious Florida Sunshine when YOU choose to!

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, also with TV and DVD player, so your guests can have privacy and get a good night’s sleep or stay entertained. Both rooms have dressers for plenty of storage space so you can unpack, put the suitcases away and not think about having to return home.

The Living Room also has a 40' Flat Screen TV and DVD player with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining after your vacationing day has ended. We also have stocked the condo with a collection of Beach Themed DVD’s! We know you don’t come to the beach to stay inside and watch TV! But sometimes you might need an escape from all that sunshine and sand. The sofa can accommodate 1 for a total of 5 Guests but it is not a pull-out sleeper or Futon. It is a couch, and 1 person can sleep on it with the provided sheets and pillow. There are also books and games and puzzles for those days when you’re just beached out (As if that can really ever happen??!)

Our paradise is business friendly too! High Speed internet and Wi-Fi means you can bring your computer if you HAVE to work or stay in touch.

There is a safe provided with free-of-charge access for you to lock your valuables in if you want to. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room to keep everyone crisp and clean during your stay so you can travel light. These amenities are all provided to you for no extra cost – it’s just a part of your luxury vacation in our condo at Tidewater.

Tidewater is one of Panama City Beach's most popular resorts with amenities that are second to none. Located in the prestigious West End, Tidewater features impressive amenities on 635 feet of crystal white sand. Swim in one of our two lagoon size, beach side swimming pools and Jacuzzis, or enjoy the heated, indoor pool, fitness center, steam room and sauna. There is also a 5000 square foot conference center, movie theater, on-site restaurant and video game room where kids of all ages can play. Parking is in a code-accessed secure garage across the street connected by a covered walkway. There is an amenities fee of $54required. You register online, pay the $54 and obtain the RFID Fobs for your entire party all for just $54. A maximum of 5 RFID fobs will be issued because that's the maximum number our unit holds. These allow access to the beach, the elevators, the gym, pools, etc.

Security at Tidewater has: 24-hour surveillance, video cameras and gated parking deck with cameras and a fully staffed security Team will protect you and your property. The RFID Fobs are required to control unauthorized access of non-guests and those without fobs are not permitted access - thus, you and your family have a safe environment for your vacation.

The Emerald Coast, known for its clear emerald-green water, is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach” so called because the nearly pure white super fine silica sand which has the consistency of sugar.
