This is the third time my wife and I have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo. Bill has always made things easy, from check in to check out, it's the best. We always try and stay at this condo when it's available as you have great ocean views, beach chairs, and it's just a short walk to Pineapple Willy's. Multiple pools and hot tubs are an added plus as well. The past 2 times we stayed here we only left the condo twice. The floor to ceiling windows give you the most beautiful ocean views and you won't find a more beautiful sunset anywhere in the world. My wife and I ate dinner out on the balcony several times just to watch the sunset. Already planning our next trip.Thank you Bill and Ingrid

Part of the entrance was under construction,which wasn't mentioned in the description. 1 of only 2 elevators was not working for 3 days and the pool side with the bar where most of the pictures were taken was closed for 4 out of 7 days. It's a big deal when you're not allowed to drink on the beach. A bit over priced.

All was just as described. The unit was beautiful, the beach is awesome, and the facilities are under renovation. The ongoing renovations did not impact my stay, and the workers were respectful of time of day.

Bill & Ingrid are great host. Communication is excellent. Beautiful location just steps from the water. 14 floors up gives you a tremendous view of the Gulf. Lots of dining options. Recommend Pineapple Willey's just 3 minutes walk on the beach from the Condo. Excellent service and food!

This is a nice condo located right on the beach with a great view of the Gulf. The beach chairs that are included are a very nice touch. Some things in the condo are a bit dated (the jacuzzi tub) but everything was clean and comfortable.Thanks for letting us stay and relax.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and we pretty much had everything that we needed. Loved waking up each morning to the view of the gulf. Even though the temperatures were cool, the sunshine on the balcony was always warm. We sat out there a lot.
