Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit 1508 is on the 15th floor, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.
This unit has been completely redecorated this year with NEW and FRESH designer furniture and bedding.
Four beach chairs and a giant beach umbrella are provided in the unit, so no need to pay the daily service fee to rent them for yourself!
This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, keurig, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida, Grand Panama Beach Resort is situated along twenty-seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters—the ultimate setting for a getaway. As a luxury beach resort, we have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests' expectations.
We encourage you to review the terms and fees we have itemized here. Also, feel free to contact us for answers to your specific questions.
Age Restriction: to reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 charge per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Hurricane Policy: full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is 55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is 10.00 Motorcycle parking is 55.00. Trailor Parking is 55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for 35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are 25.00 per sleeve.

The kitchen supplies were sparse. No basic condiments including pepper. No colander or pantry. No basic condiments like sugar or ketchup. Previous places have much more basic stuff. Lots of pot smoking so balcony time was limited. Not a lot of eating places within walking distance. Beautiful condo.

Great property, a little smaller than it looks

The parking garage and outdoor parking was great, there is a pedestrian walk over on 5th floor so that is great. This condo is SMALL! Yes we fit but there really wasn't enough seating. There are 3 elevators and that's not enough for peak time. Also some one kept pulling the fire alarm and the fire dept had to come out nearly every day to do their thing. The pool is great, the beach was wonderful, yes there are loungers available to rent on the beach. All in all, we'd probably stay here again but maybe a larger room next time.

Summer Trip

Decent unit that is pet friendly. We booked this unit on short notice due to scheduling conflict. We needed a pet friendly unit since pet boarding was already booked up. Location was great, beach access, distance to shops and restaurants was nice. The down side
 after we unloaded our suitcases and stocked the kitchen we noticed our feet were completely black on the bottoms and covered in sand. We swept and mopped right away. Master bed had ripped sheets, stained comforter, yellowed pillows and the headboard isn’t even connected to the bed. We had to use pillows to hold the headboard up so it didn’t tip over on us. Warren Beach rentals was easy to communicate with but we are very disappointed in the way they took care of us during the condo water outage. We went 18hrs without running water. We were informed to shower at the pool or beach showers and use the pool toilets. Nothing better than going down 15 stories in the middle of the night with a child to use the restroom! We went back and forth with Warren Beach rentals seeking reimbursement for the 18hrs, let’s just say Warren Beach rentals didn’t agree to cover the 18hrs. I wouldn’t recommend Warren Beach rentals to anyone.

Family Vacation trip

Omg! Such a beautiful place, from the room to the beach and surrounding area! So happy as soon as we walked in the door, the balcony was bigger than expected! Loved that we could see the ocean from the dinning room and our main room. The kids enjoyed staying in their bunk beds while my teenage daughter had her own private room. Everything was very clean and they had every necessity you’d need when it came to kitchen supplies. The washer & dryer was great and very convenient when coming back from beach/pool. The only down fall was the elevator does take a while and can only imagine on high peak season!!! The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but we always hand wash our dishes so it was ok.The tiki bar was a bit overpriced but we had to just try out a drink.

Bed had sand in it - and who knows what was on the comforter

We showed up around 6:00 to ensure there was plenty of time for the room to be cleaned. Upon entering the room, we took off our shoes at the door and discovered the floor had not been swept and was very sandy. Knowing this is a beach-front unit, we were willing to overlook sand on the floor. However we were not willing to overlook sand in the bed. We showered and wiped our feet before climbing into bed - and there was sand between the fitted and top sheets from the level of our knees downward. As we turned on the lights for a closer look, we noticed brown residue on both sides of the comforter. I would usually say “stains”, but that might convey that the comforter had been washed - it did not appear to have been washed. I immediately emailed customer service and by morning, received the following message: “Good morning, I’m terribly sorry to hear you all arrived and things weren’t up to par. We have notified housekeeping and they will be over to address any issues you have.“ So, I went about my day and was disappointed to return to the same dirty room and filthy bed. When I turned on my phone, I found messages from housekeeping wanting to sche

Black mole all over bathroom we have a allergic reaction to it cause us to constantly be sick.

It served the purpose

Good location overall the property was decent. Parking is tight most days the ramp was full during our stay. Elevators were either very slow or broken down all together. Our beds were terrible. My husband has had to have his back adjusted multiple times since our stay. The primary bed needs replaced. One side is like sleeping in bowl the other side is hard as a board. I typically clean before we leave our condos but it wasn’t very clean to start so I did not bother. We ended up leaving a day and a half early.

Nice condo but could use some upgrades

Our condo was very clean and well maintained with a great ocean view. Everything worked well in the room but the king bed was awful. The mattress was so worn out I thought I was going to roll out of the bed. The sleeper sofa cushions were also worn out and very uncomfortable. The patio furniture could be upgraded as well. The other issue we had was the elevators were very slow at times. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Condo winter vacation

The condo was clean but had very little storage for clothing due to damaged drawers and the guest room closet was half filled with unused furniture and boxes. Zero potholders in kitchen and 2 dish towels and 2 dish rags. No stopper for sink or drainer for pasta. Lots of pots and pans. Toaster dented but worked. The oceanfront balcony was wonderful with an amazing view. The property is very well maintained with an oceanfront pool. We stayed 5 weeks. Purchased beach chairs because the chairs in the unit were not in good shape. After talking with other guests we discovered we paid much more for our rental than those who went directly through rental agencies which was disappointing. The building is also very close to great restaurants and attractions.

This place was even nicer than picture shows. Decorated so cute and homey. Picture perfect view. Close to elevator.

So many rules and regulations that we had to follow. I won’t go back

The place is nice and the view is nice but it is not close to anything. No shops, attractions or restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and needed our towel to be changed. We were told to wash them . There was no detergents to wash clothes or dishes. Not enough shampoo. Basically the management is very restricted with their rules ( texted us 3 times from the night before and the day of check out that we need to leave by 10 am). This might be a job for them but we were there for vacation and have fun.They don’t realize that. I won’t go back
