Spacious, stylish, and beautifully renovated, this 1,800-square-foot Gulf-front condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Panama City Beach getaway. With an open floor plan, updated finishes, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, this three-bedroom retreat is designed for both comfort and convenience.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of space for preparing meals, snacks, and drinks throughout your stay. The open living and dining areas make it easy to spend time together while enjoying the incredible Gulf views just outside.

The true showstopper is the expansive 750-square-foot wraparound balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and plenty of space to enjoy the coastal scenery. Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the water, relax outside after a day on the beach, or settle in for a beautiful Panama City Beach sunset.

The condo features three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom featuring a double vanity and beautifully updated walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms offers a queen bed, while bunk beds in the common area provide additional sleeping space for families and groups. The full-size guest bathroom has also been remodeled and features a tub and shower combination.

We loved the condo, perfect location for our daily activities. The condo was very nice and clean no issues at all. We hope to be able to stay here again. Each condo had one assigned parking spot which was great and additional parking for 2nd vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year renting this unit and we've already booked it for 2025. The location is perfect. Other than getting your luggage in and out the days of arrival and departure, there's no need to use the elevator. Just a quick walk up the stairs to 2nd floor. The unit was already gorgeous but there were renovations that we enjoyed....larger TVs and a much better mattress in the primary bedroom Unit is always well stocked. Highly recommend!

There was construction for three months of my stay which made it hard to watch tv and sit on the balcony. The pools and hot tubs were also closed. I did have to change condos several times because I was staying 6 months. The condos were clean and updated. I will be back.
