The fully equipped kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has plenty of seating to watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV and gulf views. if you want to keep your fitness routine, the on-site gym will have everything you need. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities, including Two Large outdoor pools, two children's pools, two large outdoor hot tubs, one large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball, and Poolside Tiki Bar. Indoor Amenities include a Convenience Store, Snack Bar, Fitness Center, coin-operated laundry, Free local calls, Charcoal BBQ Grills, Arcade, and Vending Machines.
