Gulf breezes drift through the open living spaces, and the rhythm of the water sets the pace for your entire stay. Whether you're here with family, a group of friends, or just you and your dog, this condo is built around one idea: ease.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Six guests sleep comfortably across two bedrooms and a dedicated bunk area. The master bedroom features a king bed, direct gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower - a private retreat at the end of a long beach day. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and is steps from the second full bathroom. The bunk area rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for younger guests or anyone who claimed the top bunk first. Fresh bed linens and essentials are provided throughout.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Prep a proper meal or just keep things simple; either way, you have the tools. Eat at the dining table inside or take it out to the balcony for a meal with a Gulf of Mexico backdrop.
 
Living area
The living room is a comfortable place to regroup after time on the beach - plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and WiFi included so you can stream or share photos without thinking about it. A washer and dryer are in the unit, which means you can pack lighter and not come home with a bag full of sandy clothes.
 
Beach service & outdoor amenities
From March through October, complimentary beach service sets up two chairs and an umbrella for you each day - just show up. The resort gives guests access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQ grill. Paid parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles (one-time $35 fee plus tax, due at arrival).
 
Daily attraction tickets
Each day of your stay includes one complimentary ticket per day to select local attractions - a sunset and dolphin cruise, mini golf, a trampoline park, WonderWorks, and a Dave & Buster's Power Card are among the options.
 
Pets
One dog (30 lbs or under) is welcome. A nonrefundable $300 pet fee plus tax is due at check-in.
 
Location
The condo sits on the quieter end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, close to St. Andrews State Park and waterfront dining at Schooners Beachfront Restaurant.
