Emotional Rescue: Your ultimate luxury getaway! This exceptional home comfortably hosts 20 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 2 half baths. Enjoy Gulf views, TVs in every room, and Wi-Fi. Main House:
1st Floor: Discover a king bedroom with a TV and a private shower. There's also a bedroom with 2 twins and a TV, offering flexibility to convert them into a king bed. Completing this level is a hall shower bath.

2nd Floor: Large king master bedroom has a private balcony outfitted with cocktail table and barstools as well as a large private master bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, and marble shower. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Hall shower bath. Bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk as well as a separate queen bed. Off the 2nd floor landing is a porch overlooking the pool.

3rd Floor: The main living area, dining room, and kitchen are on this floor to offer the best Gulf views. The comfortable living area has a sectional sofa with lounger, love seat, side chair and large TV. The dining table seats 10. Open concept kitchen has a breakfast bar and stainless appliances by Thermador and KitchenAid. Powder room. Balcony off living area has outdoor dining and a built-in cushioned settee that can be made into a lounging area. Amazing Gulf views!

Roof Deck: It's the best spot in the house, with awesome views of the beach, Gulf, and nearby Rosemary Beach. There's a cool wet bar with a mini fridge and TV, a flying bed for chilling in the breeze, a comfy built-in booth, and a spot for drinks with friends. Perfect for catching the sunrise or sunset!

West Wing:
1st Floor: Adjacent to the pool, accessed either from the pool area or from a side door. Living area overlooks pool through the wall of sliding glass doors and features a queen sleeper sofa, 75” LED TV and a Blu-ray. The kitchen has smaller sized stainless appliances. Powder room. Additional patio with outdoor dining table.

2nd Floor: The king master bedroom features a spacious en suite with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, a private balcony, and a TV for added comfort. The second bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk and a mounted TV. While the layout is more open than a traditional bedroom, it is enclosed with locking doors to ensure privacy and comfort. A hall shower bath and laundry closet are also located on this level.

Outside:
Large pool equipped with swim-up bar, kitchenette, and TV. Additional amenities include a surfboard shower, beach volleyball court, and plenty of loungers for basking in the Florida sun. Plus every booking includes a free golf cart for added convenience!

Was a wonderful vacation with 13 family members between the ages of 6 and 71! Between the heated pool, the volleyball court, proximity to town and the quick walk to the beach, we had something for everyone to do. Was a total crowd pleaser!

Beautiful home, well equipped and great location!

Everything was as expected in the listing. The house accommodated our group very well. Specifically enjoyed the backyard, where we spent most of our time. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and loved all the outdoor decks- especially the rooftop.Proximity to the beach and downtown areas was great- easy walks to all. Property manager was always available when anything came up. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and the management was very responsive to all of our needs. I would say the one thing we would ask owners to change would be installing a soft water system as the water was hard and smelled like rotten eggs. Also, the propane ran out for the pool and was chilly! Overall we enjoyed the home and the 30A area.

The property is spacious and there was more than enough room for our two families (9 total) to spread out and enjoy the home. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach volleyball and sitting by the gas firepit. And the rooftop views are amazing. The interior furniture is lovely. The only feedback I have is the outdoor pool furniture looks like it is ready for a refresh. It's a great vacation home and perfect location. We hope to come back again!

House was very beautiful , although several updates require attention . Carpet in first floor bedroom was frayed, stained. Outdoor refrigerator, behind bar is rusted and need replaced, outdoor cabinets need painted . Outdoor gas fire pit does not work, garbage disposals are burdensome to operate and the house has a cockroach issue . Our guests had cockroaches crawl on them while sleeping and cockroaches found in bathrooms . I would suggest these issues be addressed

Loved this property. Close to the beach, nice pool, plenty of room. My only complaint is that there was communication from 3 different places (vacaysa, VRBO, management company) but we never felt like we had all the info we needed. Golf cart was inaccessible at first due to us not receiving forms. Ended up you really can’t even take the golf cart where you’d want (into Rosemary and other areas). The listing mentions fire out and so is music system but when we asked how to operate we were told they aren’t operable. Pool heater quit working one day and had to get service to come out. We loved this area the Pugh and would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, wonderful location, very clean. This listing is very deceiving. This is a 5-bedroom house. The "bedroom" listed on the 2nd floor is a hallway from the pool house to the main house with bunks on each side of the walls, it doesn't have a closet and only a couple drawers under each bed for storage, you do have the option to close the access door to the pool house but then guests using the pool house bedrooms have to walk down stairs through the pool house and pool area to access the main house. This was in issue for our group because of aging grandparents and also teens that needed privacy when dressing, sleeping, etc. If we would have known this, we would have booked a home with 6 actual bedrooms. Overall, with the right group of people we would rent again.

My 81 yr old mom left the vacation early because the kitchen was on the third floor and was not willing to allow everyone all the time to assist her up and down the stairs. The water pressure was very low. If anyone ran water at the same time you literally had no water at all. There was on location to get ice and that was outside. Ice cube trays are not acceptable icemakers.

It was a complete disaster and my family was forced to vacate the home after two days there. That's when we called Benchmark. We had stayed at a different Benchmark property the year before and decided to see if we could salvage our vacation or just call it quits and go home. The staff at Benchmark was incredible. They listened to our disaster story regarding the house we were vacating. They understood the difficult situation we were in and they gave us 3 properties that fit our family size and needs. We chose Emotional Rescue and it lived up to every bit of the claims it made and then some. My family enjoyed every inch of the property. It was clean, beds were great, bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. The view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking and the outdoor living in hands down top of the line. Our only regret is that we did not book with Benchmark from the beginning. We will use this company from now on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s 4th straight year staying in Emotional Rescue! Obviously we love the home, the layout is perfect for our family and the amenities/location is ideal!! However, for a very low amount of money, i felt the owners could update the bed linens, rugs, and pool patio furniture. I was disappointed to realize that most were the original from the 1st stay there! It’s always very clean which is why we choose it year after year but a few minor updates would be a huge Improvement! But i must say, it continues to be our Favorite memory making home! And hope to stay again next year!!

Family Fall Break

We had an awesome time at Emotional Rescue. It’s a great house and layout. Plenty of room for our blended family of 8. The outdoor space is great for everyone, especially the sand volleyball court, which we used everyday. The top “falcons nest” level is great for late afternoon evening. If you’re looking for a light and bright, upscale home with plenty of space, this can’t be beat.

Our group consisted of my two daughters and their families. We had 10 people and everyone was comfortable with bedrooms and baths. The elevator made going up to the third floor kitchen convenient. The third floor has a lovely living room , large kitchen and decks. The pool area was really nice. My only suggestion is to have pool area power washed and cleaned, maybe new cushions. To the owners - you have a great vacation home. I would suggest more periodic updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant. We took advantage of all the house had to offer. One suggestion is this, when your cleaning crew comes in, scrub sinks etc. with Comet or some other good cleanser. For the money we paid I do not want the bathrooms looking dirty after day one, and when they use that spray for quickness, it shows. Outdoor pads need to be replaced.
