Enjoy peek-a-boo Gulf views from the primary bedroom balcony, and either take a quick walk to the private beach or use the community tram. The home opens onto 30A’s pedestrian sidewalk, providing easy access to the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options that make 30A famous!

The community features a 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool and complimentary seasonal tram service for easy access to both the beach and pool. With multiple parks, 24-hour neighborhood security, and proximity to local shops and communities like Rosemary and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach provides a safe and convenient lifestyle for all.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 3 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No Pets- No Exceptions

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
